Information & PRICING The DETAILs Though it’s an uncertain time and graduation parties may still be up in the air at this point, you should still be able to send graduation cards! This is a great way to show off your senior portraits to all of your friends and family and let them know your plans for next year. Information on each card can be altered to remove graduation party information and add info about your future plans if you are opting to not have a party. Cards measure 5 x 7 inches and are printed on your choice of luxurious Classic Felt or slightly shimmery Pearl Paper. White envelopes are included.
The Process 1. Take a look through the catalog. Note that all graduation dates will be updated to 2021 in your final card design. 2. Choose the card design you’d like to use. 3. Email me the following information (mail to degroot.holly@gmail.com) - Card design number (ex: A1, B2, etc.) - File numbers of the senior photos you’d like to use in the card design (see your senior gallery to find these numbers). Keep in mind if the photo in the sample card is horizontal you need to choose a horizontal photo, if it’s a vertical opening please choose a vertical photo. - Information about your graduation party (Date, Time, Address & Location) or any other information you’d like on your card (future plans, college you’re attending, etc) - Any additional information included in your card design (ex: your full name if it’s written on the card) - Quantity of cards you’d like to order - Paper Type (Felt or Pearl) 4. I’ll send you an invoice for your order (if you haven’t previously paid for your cards). 5. Once your cards are paid for, I’ll send you a proof of the card design for you to review. 6. Once the design is approved, your cards will be ordered.
PRICING Add-on Pricing: If you purchased a Print Collection during your ordering session, graduation cards were included in your order. If you’re not sure whether you’ve already ordered and paid for your cards, please send me an email! Additional cards can be purchased with add-on pricing as follows: - Set of 25 cards: $50 A La Carte Pricing: If you did not purchase a Print Collection during your ordering session, you can still order graduation cards! A La Carte Pricing is as follows: - First set of 25 cards: $60 (includes design fee) - Additional sets of 25 cards: $50
TIMING Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your proof after payment. Cards will be ordered when proof is approved. They do not take long to come in after approval.
