Billing & Renewals: All advertising must be prepaid. First payment may be charged day of order.

Subsequent credit/debit card charging is on or near the 10th of the month prior to publication unless preapproved for another date. Charge confirmation will appear on your card statement Holistic Choice Publishing and email confirmations of each charge is sent, if valid email address is provided. Agreements are renewed automatically. Broken Agreements: Broken agreements are defined as the initial term of the contract agreed. 20% of the remaining payments which constitutes the unearned discount will be due upon breaking the agreement. Should this become a collection problem , the client assumes all reasonable

costs of collection, including, but not limited to court costs, interest and legal fees.
