Safety rules in room

• Keep your room key accessible within your room and take it with you when you leave, especially in case of an emergency.

• We strongly recommend locking the door properly using both the door chain and the room’s double lock especially when you leave the room.

• Use the peephole (eye viewer) on the room door before opening it.

• Regarding the smoking rooms, do not smoke in the bed. Fully extinguish all smoking materials before leaving the room or retiring for the night. It is strictly forbidden to use shisha, light candles, or burn incense in your room or bathroom, as the smoke can activate the fire detector alarm in your room.

Fire Alarm

We have taken every precaution to ensure your comfort and safety.

While it’s unlikely, it’s important for everyone in the building to be familiar with basic life safety recommendations in case of a fire emergency. Please take a few moments to read the following:

In the event of a fire emergency, you will hear an evacuation message.

Here’s what to do:

• Stay calm and do not panic.

• Do not use the elevator; use the emergency staircases.

• If you see fire or smoke in your room, turn off the air conditioning, leave the room, and take your key with you. Do not pause to collect any belongings. Close the door behind you to prevent the spread of fire.

Activate the nearest fire alarm.

• Press the emergency button to report your name, location, and the nature of the fire.

Then, walk to the nearest Emergency exit and leave the building, holding the handrail while descending the stairs.

• If there is smoke in the corridor, stay as close to the ground as possible, crawl near the walls, and count the doorways to the nearest exit.

• If you smell smoke inside your room, turn off the air conditioning. Check the door for heat; if it’s hot, stay in your room, press the Emergency button on your telephone, and report your name, location, and the issue.

• Remove drapes from the windows. If smoke persists, create a tent over your head with a wet blanket.

• If the door is cool, leave your room, take your key, and do not delay to gather any other belongings. Close the door behind you to prevent the fire from spreading.
