ABOUT HOLIDAY HOUSE Holiday House, founded in 2008 by interior designer and breast cancer survivor Iris Dankner, is an interior design showhouse where top interior designers and lifestyle brands showcase their talent to raise critical funds for the prevention and cure of breast cancer. Iris Dankner was inspired to combine her two passions — interior design and fundraising for breast cancer research — when she saw a lack of high profile interior design events in the New York City area benefitting this great cause. After its inception in 2008, Holiday House became the first designer show house in New York City to benefit a breast cancer organization, attracting talented designers from across the country to transform the historic Academy Mansion on Manhattan’s Upper East Side each fall and later moving to other luxury locations around the city. Following its success in New York, Holiday House created a summer expansion in the Hamptons and is now established as one of the premiere show houses in the country. This year Holiday House is celebrating 18 years of remarkable accomplishments including 13 Designer Showhouses in NYC, 6 Designer Showhouses in the Hamptons, 1 Designer Showhouse in London, 5 Tabletop Events in NYC, the Hamptons and Palm Beach, 4 Virtual Showhouses with Hamptons Magazine, Modern Luxury Magazine and HGTV, and Holiday House: Ten Years of Decorating for a Cure, a beautiful coffee table book documenting Holiday House’s history from Pointed Leaf Press. Iris is also celebrating twenty nine years as a breast cancer survivor! Iris currently serves as a member of the advisory board of The Breast Cancer Research Foundation® (BCRF)while her interior design show house, Holiday House, directly benefits the organization. Since partnering with The Breast Cancer Research Foundation® (BCRF), Holiday House has granted almost 2 million dollars to this renowned charity that invests 91 cents of every dollar to support its mission of ending breast cancer by advancing the world’s most groundbreaking research.

IRIS DANKNER FOUNDER & CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Dear Friends, My dream of producing a designer showhouse in the Palm Beach area finally came true and I could not be more excited to share it with each and every one of you! This year’s showhouse takes place within two brand new, modern estates in the Palm Beach Polo Club’s new development by The Farrell Companies, Farrell Estates Wellington. These two homes were magically transformed by more than 20 designers showcasing their talents and creating their visions of the ultimate Wellington, Florida lifestyle. It has been highly anticipated and will be, I’m sure, one of Holiday Houses’ most successful designer showhouses yet. But let’s not forget what Holiday House is all about. An opportnity to raise funds to help in the fight against breast cancer and to raise awareness in confronting and, hopefully, extinguishing this deadly disease. I’m honored that the Holiday House supports The Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF), which is doing such critical work to make the end of breast cancer a reality in our lifetimes. At every Holiday House event, I meet many people who share sometimes tragic but often
inspiring stories about how their lives or the lives of loved ones have been changed by the scourge of breast cancer. These stories give much meaning to everything I do and make all the hard work and effort fulfilling and worthwhile. This is my 18th year producing Holiday House Showhouses and I am so thankful to the design community for helping me grow this incredible event over the years. To the designers, sponsors, donors, manufacturers, contractors, painters, electricians, and so many more involved in this year’s showhouse... Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for joining me on this incredible journey. Special thanks to Joe Farrell and the entire team at The Farrell Companies for providing us with the two most magnificent homes to bring our designs to life. This showhouse would not be possible without your hard work and generosity! Enjoy this year’s showhouse! I hope it brings you much inspiration and warms your heart this winter season. Most importantly,

DONNA MCKAY PRESIDENT & CEO, BREAST CANCER RESEARCH FOUNDATION ®
Dear Friends, On behalf of the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF), I am pleased to welcome you to Holiday House Hamptons. We are so honored to be the recipient of your thoughtful support.
in three of those diagnosed will see their breast cancer return. BCRF is committed to finding a cure for patients today and preventing it tomorrow, funding research is how we’ll do it.
In 1993, BCRF’s founder Evelyn Lauder had a vision for an organzation that solely funded research, knowing that this was the only means to end breast cancer. Today BCRF is the largest private funder of breast cancer tresearch in the world and Evelyn’s unique vision remains an inspiration as we proudly support more than 260 investigators in 16 countries who have been a part of every major breakthrough in breast cancer research in the last thirty years.
Research is the reason millions of people with breast cancer have been able to live longer, healthier lives. Research is the reason we know more about how breast cancer forms and spreads than ever before. Research is the reason I am certain we will find a cure. Your support is what makes lifesaving research possible.
Since our founding, there has been a 44 percent decline in deaths from breast cancer, and today, there are more than 4 million breast cancer survivors in the U.S.—the largest group in history. Moreover, new advances in breast cancer treatment are happening faster than ever before. Over the last decade, the FDA approved 18 new treatments for metastatic breast cancer based on clinical findings of BCRF investigators and others. Ten of those treatments were approved over the last five years alone. While this progress is tremendously promising, one ineight women in the U.S. will receive a breast cancer diagnosis, and one
To the brilliant Iris Dankner who had an inspiring vision of her own, to the designers, and to all who help make Holiday House possible, thank you. We are so grateful for your committed partnership.
With gratitude,

I’m truly honored to serve as a Design Chair for this year’s Wellington Holiday House. Being part of an organization that merges creativity with purpose is incredibly meaningful to me. Iris and her team have built a community rooted in generosity, strength, and awareness around breast cancer, a cause that touches so many of our lives in deeply personal ways. Her passion and dedication are endlessly inspiring, and it’s a privilege to contribute to that mission. Wellington Holiday House is more than a design showcase, it is a celebration of collaboration. It brings together designers, artists, and brands who share a belief in the power of beauty to do good. There’s something incredibly special about creating spaces that not only inspire visually, but also support a cause with real impact. Finally, to my Co Chairs, Andrea Stark, Campion Platt, our fearless leader, Iris Dankner, Debra Halpert and Shaina Kalin, I love working with all of you! Having seen the incredible work produced by Holiday House designers in the past, I’m beyond excited for what’s to come this year. Wellington in winter? Pure magic—and we couldn’t be more thrilled to launch our inaugural Wellington Show House right here! As a West Palm Beach local, I’ve always been drawn to Wellington’s expansive, open-country vibe. When visionary builder Joe Farrell—renowned for his iconic Hamptons projects—brings that same energy to South Florida, you know something special is happening. Having collaborated with Joe before, I can attest to his exceptional craftsmanship. It’s an absolute honor to partner with him and his talented team on these show houses. Supporting Iris and her vital breast cancer awareness mission continues to be one of my greatest privileges—from New York, Hamptons, London to Palm Beach and now, Wellington. This year’s Holiday House promises to be an inspired celebration of design, warm winter vibes, and meaningful impact. We’re spotlighting an exciting wave of emerging design talent this year, and I can’t wait to see how they interpret Wellington’s unique character. This isn’t Palm Beach—Wellington pulses with its own distinct energy, and we’re here to channel that special spirit. Our sponsors have truly gone above and beyond for this landmark launch.
A heartfelt shout-out to our invaluable local trade community—the unsung heroes who transform vision into reality. These designers work against incredibly tight timelines compared to typical projects, and our vendors make the impossible happen every single time. Special thanks to Deborah LeMieux from Andros Home—without her expertise, my rooms would be nothing but empty white boxes! Iris, congratulations on bringing together another phenomenal group. As a dedicated breast cancer survivor, you consistently bring fresh awareness and purpose to our community through these beautifully crafted events. Join me in celebrating winter, Wellington, and—most importantly—Iris! Warmly,
CAMPION PLATT

A big thank you goes out to everyone who has supported Holiday House and its founder, Iris Dankner. Your assistance in raising funds for breast cancer research and The Breast Cancer Research Foundation® (BCRF) is truly appreciated. Talented interior designers have come together to create beautiful rooms for this important cause. Unfortunately, many of us have been touched by breast cancer in some way – whether it’s a family member, friend or neighbor. The number of people affected by this disease continues to grow. My daughter, Ashley, and I hope to inspire others, raise awareness and bring about change. To all the women impacted by breast cancer, we leave you with this powerful quote: “Cancer may have initiated the battle, but we will be the ones to finish it!”

Iris graduated Carnegie Mellon University with a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts (BFA). She soon joined Federated Department Stores where she worked in the advertising department at Lord & Taylor’s flagship store in New York City. She rose to the position of Art Director and remained there for thirteen years. She then founded her own interior design firm, Iris Designs, which has since evolved into ID Creations by Iris Dankner. After a breast cancer diagnosis in 1997, Iris became involved with fundraising as part of her desire to “pay it forward”. As a breast cancer survivor, Iris was inspired to combine her two passions — interior design and eradicating breast cancer — and noted a lack of high profile interior design events in the New York City area, which benefitted women’s issues. In response, she created an interior design showhouse, naming it Holiday House, to celebrate life events and raise funds for breast cancer research. At it’s inception in 2008, Holiday House became the first designer showhouse in New York City to benefit a breast cancer organization, attracting talented designers from across the country. It is now celebrating its 18th year anniversary.

Where she blends over two decades of expertise in finance, business development, and interior design, she brings a refined yet forward-thinking approach to luxury interiors. Her multicultural perspective, strategic vision, and background, rooted in Bahia, Brazil, fuels her passion for creating elevated, globally inspired spaces. The Private Quarter reflects Cintia Dixon’s belief that true luxury is personal, intentional, and deeply felt. Designed as a retreat from visual noise, the concept embraces depth, softness, and balance, supporting calm, comfort, and everyday rituals. Grounding the design in restraint and materiality rather than trends, The Private Quarter features rich textures, softened forms, layered neutrals, and subtle contrast. Ebony adds depth, lighter finishes provide clarity, and warm accents introduce nuance without disruption. The result is a collected, not decorated, interior. Sculptural furnishings, tactile surfaces, and thoughtful layering create rooms that invite pause and presence. This is luxury defined by intention, where quiet beauty and elevated comfort make the experience of the space paramount. The Private Quarter is a modern and composed sanctuary designed to be lived in and to feel unmistakably like home.

Founded by Krista Watterworth Alterman, the award winning firm was grounded in an early understanding that design is about how life unfolds—between New England restraint, the precision of Manhattan, and Palm Beach ease—where Krista learned early that true luxury is not about excess, but about about knowing when to edit. About designing rooms not just for how they photograph, but for how they feel late into the evening, when life actually unfolds.
REGINA ANDREW Lighting Alyssa Kirkman akirkman@reginaandrew.com
The loft is envisioned as a sophisticated speakeasy, an intimate, after-hours escape layered with memory, meaning, and quiet authority. Its inspiration traces back to Krista’s aunt and first true mentor: a classic Connecticut sophisticate who believed—without compromise— that entertaining was an art form. Her home was not large, but it was impeccably composed. Drinks were poured properly. Lighting was dimmed with intention. Conversation mattered. Every gathering felt considered, never casual, and never accidental.
nickmele.com
Above it all, the terrace opens into a lighter, freer expression—one rooted in Krista’s summers spent at Auntie Pat’s house in the Connecticut countryside. Those summers were formative. Fireflies as dusk settled in. Evenings that stretched longer than planned. Furniture pulled close, stories passed around, and a deep understanding formed fireside of what good living truly meant. High style, yes, but always in service of warmth, connection, and ease.

Frampton Co has an eye for the unexpected and a strong sense of adventure. Each project illustrates a personal and contextually sensitive design vision. Guided by instinct and driven by design principles, our work blends the artful with the pragmatic to create unique interiors that feel as good as they look. At the heart of our work lies the art. It inspires our way of thinking, informs our design process and influences the way we shape space. Whether we’re solving spatial problems or introducing you to an artist or craftsperson, our search for meaning and authenticity is underpinned by a lifetime of studying the science behind the aesthetic, so we instinctively know what works. Our ideas may seem bold, but they come from an innate sense of what makes them livable. Elena Frampton founded Frampton Co in 2015, following nearly two decades at the helm of a successful bi-coastal design practice and honing her craft at some of New York’s most prestigious interior design firms. Through an integrated approach, Elena makes sense of every space and brings out its spirit. Her knack for clever solutions that strike a balance between pragmatism and personality draws even the most cautious of clients into her process. With an infectious enthusiasm for art and a rigorous understanding of design theory, she is an expert in creating consistently one-of-a-kind environments that transcend boundaries.

DandyLion was founded by Ashley Farland, former NYC chef at Michelin-starred restaurants and chef for private, high-profile clients. With quality as her lodestar, she recognized a unique opportunity to create exceptional—yet attainable—products for the home. Ralph Lauren started with a necktie. Ashley started with a pillow. Here, quality is a habit. It’s the way the DandyLion team thinks and works. We design, build, sew, and craft each product by hand—creating beauty in order and artistry in utility. Each piece is created from natural materials and time-honored techniques for a tangible connection to legacy craftsmanship. Sustainability guides our practices. Textile products are sewn from premium fabrics discarded by world-leading fashion houses. Limited quantities ensure that each is part of a unique, limited edition. Wood products are crafted from local and sustainably harvested stock. We partner with artisans who share our ethos. At Wellington Holiday House, our aesthetic is born from the subtleties of luxury tailoring and equestrian materials. The room features fittings with the bespoke tailoring of runway-quality suiting. The patina of leather-covered accessories evoke soft, well-oiled tack, while bold equine art reminds us that we can approach tomorrow with confidence after having rested. Our hallmark is sophisticated design that refuses to compromise on comfort, practicality, or luxury while capturing the essence of what it means to pursue life beautifully and with intention.
“Your horses are cooled out, bathed, wrapped, and fed. Tack is cleaned. It’s your turn for pampering. Pull off your boots, sip your favorite libation, re-ride that amazing round and dream for tomorrow.”

“The inspiration for this dining room was to capture the essence of equestrian chic design yet with a modern twist. Rooted in tradition, we layered rich textures, warm woods and polished metals, introducing some unexpected features such as an oversized modern brass chandelier, hand-painted metallic wallpaper, and subtle pops of Hermes orange throughout the room. We were also proud to feature some local artists and vendors, adding authenticity and a meaningful sense of community to the design. The result is sophisticated and timeless, yet bold and distinctly modern.”

For Festa, the path to establishing her studio was shaped by experience in some of the country’s most design-forward markets. After spending over a decade working alongside top designers in New York, California, and Florida, she developed a deep understanding of high-end residential design before launching Radoni Interiors. Guided by a collaborative design process, each project is thoughtfully tailored rather than prescribed, with careful attention to detail and proportion. Drawing inspiration from travel, art, and daily life, the studio blends clean architectural lines with warmth, softness, and curated materiality. Custom furnishings, refined finishes, and a considered use of color define the work, resulting in spaces that feel personal, quietly confident, and deeply livable. Designed to be lived in and loved!

After a decade-plus career in the fashion industry, Jessica Gersten launched her eponymous interior design company in 2008 to nurture a long-standing vision of creating a full lifestyle aesthetic. Working with color and texture, proportion and form, the transition from fashion to interiors was organic, and a full expression of Jessica’s personal brand of luxury. Jessica has built a portfolio of projects both earthy and contemporary, with a focus on multi-sensorial experience. Utilizing neutral palettes, balancing textures and materials with sculptural silhouettes and timeless detail, Jessica wants her spaces to feel cohesive, like a continuous story, while keeping the client’s needs and wishes always at the forefront of the design process. The design studio specializes in interior architecture and design, with deep experience in private residential projects. The last few years have seen Jessica’s rapidly growing presence in the luxury design sphere, with projects gracing the pages of AD France, AD Italia, AD Mexico and most recently the cover of HC&G. In January 2025, Jessica expanded the studio’s creative universe with the launch of her first furniture and lighting collections, extending her design language into product design and further defining the studio’s holistic lifestyle approach. The studio is based in New York City, with projects across North America and Europe.

Born and educated in São Paulo, Daniela and Cesar Coppola graduated from Mackenzie University, where they formed the intellectual foundations of a practice defined by architectural rigor and cultural awareness. Their academic paths later expanded internationally: Cesar pursued advanced studies in contemporary architecture in Europe, while Daniela earned a Master of Architecture from the University of Florida, receiving both the Design Honor Award and the Research Prize for Original Research and Academic Writing. Central to their philosophy is an ongoing research interest in the intersection of architecture and neuroscience. By examining how spatial qualities influence cognition, mood, and well-being, they develop environments that are not only aesthetically compelling but also psychologically restorative. This multidisciplinary outlook extends across architecture, interior design, and product development, reinforcing their commitment to elevating well-living through thoughtful design. Over the past two decades, the Coppolas have cultivated a body of work distinguished by a sophisticated and creative approach rooted in art and human experience. Specializing in high-end residential design, they approach each commission with a culturally attuned and globally informed perspective, earning national and international recognition. Their projects have been widely published worldwide, affirming a practice that seamlessly unites research, masterful artistry, and design excellence. For Holiday House Hamptons, Coletivo Arquitetos collaborated with Natuzzi Italia, the esteemed Apulian brand synonymous with Italian craftsmanship, innovation, and Mediterranean refinement. This partnership reflects a shared dedication to timeless design, where tradition and modernity converge to create spaces of enduring sophistication and authenticity.
“Inspired by Apulia’s landscapes and artisanal legacy, the birthplace of Natuzzi, the Master Suite & Lounge reinterpret regional authenticity through a contemporary lens. Tradition and modernity converge in a sensorially refined composition, where curated Natuzzi pieces ground the interiors in material richness, tactile comfort, enduring timeless sophistication and quiet elegance.”

That prompt ignited something in me. For the first time, I understood how profoundly our surroundings shape the way we think, learn, and feel. I became deeply attuned to spaces, how they function, how they flow, and how they influence the way we move through them. Design stopped being something I noticed. It became something I felt.I spent the following semester immersed in interiors while preparing my application to Parsons School of Design, where I was accepted with a scholarship and graduated with honors.

One of my favorite stories to tell is how interior design found me. During my junior year at the University of Miami, I was studying Early Childhood and Special Education, fully committed to becoming a teacher. I was confident I was pursuing my lifelong path until a single class assignment changed everything.
It was there that I realized design is not only about aesthetics. It is about energy, psychology, and rhythm. I defined my purpose as a designer: to create spaces that feel like an extension of the people who inhabit them, sophisticated, soulful, and, when appropriate, a little daring. That passion became Hannah Brooke Design, a Miami-based studio with projects spanning New York, Texas, and Arizona. My philosophy is simple: spaces should make life feel better. Every project seeks balance between comfort and character, calm and creativity, telling a story that is intentional, personal, and uniquely yours.

“Subtle Excess celebrates abundance through intention and composition. Expressive materials, plush textures, saturated neutrals, sculptural forms, and warm metals are amplified and layered generously, each designed to command attention on its own. Elegance emerges through careful orchestration rather than reduction, as bold elements are curated to converse, balance, and elevate one another. The result is a space that embraces richness and glamour without apology. A space that is indulgent, expressive, and cohesively refined, where excess is not concealed, but deliberately shaped.”
