Day 2 - Sunday - The Remarkables Head up to the ‘Remarks’, mountain transfers will pick up the team for a day on the slopes, and in the afternoon you will regroup in Queenstown for après ski.

Day 3 - Monday - Cardrona Off to Cardrona for a day’s riding and skiing, followed by après ski in the famous Cardrona hotel with your hosts.

Day 4 - Tuesday - Coronet Peak Rise and shine to head to Coronet Peak, the closet ski resort in Queenstown. Tonight enjoy the Big Night Out, Queenstown Bar Crawl & hosted group dinner, exploring Queenstown by night.

Day 2 - Monday - The Remarkables Head up to the ‘Remarks’. Mountain transfers will pick up the team for a day on the slopes. Includes freestyle training with The Remarkables freestyle coaches. Afternoon après ski in Queenstown.

Day 3 - Tuesday - Cardrona Off to Cardrona for a day’s riding, with freestyle coaching by Cardrona performance trainers. Tonight enjoy the Big Night Out, Queenstown Bar Crawl & hosted group dinner, showcasing Queenstown by night.

Day 4 - Wednesday - Explore Queenstown, or take an extra day’s riding No riding on Wednesday unless you have arranged a Heliboarding or an additional day lift pass from your host. This is an epic day to soak up Queenstown, or team up to get into the adrenaline buzz: skydiving, bungy jump, dirt biking, 4wd quad tours, jet boating, can be all booked by your Ski Express host. Day 5 - Thursday - Cardrona or Treble Cone Early start back to Cardrona or Treble Cone, the choice is yours, Afternoon après ski in Queenstown.

At lunchtime indulge in a gourmet picnic with an unbeatable view then it’s time to do it all again. This is Harris Mountains Heli-Skiing, the perfect escape from the everyday and the perfect way to recharge your senses.

Ideally you are a strong intermediate skier/boarder or better, with a sense of adventure. How does the Heli-ski day work?

After an early morning weather check, we collect you from your accom & take you to the staging area. Start with a safety briefing covering avalanche transceivers, helicopter and mountain safety, before flying off to the first heli-ski run. All groups meet for a alpine buffet lunch with time to relax. The afternoon is back to the ultimate - more heli-ski runs.

Do I need powder skis?

No but the new wide body powder skis will assist you to ski even better, we can recommend a variety of hire equipment retailers.

How long are the runs?

Run length varies depending on the terrain and snow conditions. Our exclusive terrain offers runs that vary between 2000 and 2500 vertical feet of treeless skiing in sheltered basins, bowls and wide rolling mountain flanks through to steep and gnarly chutes.

Accident Excess Reduction: (AER) Purchase of AER cover reduces the excess to NIL for all categories. These daily amounts are non-refundable. Group B-F NZ$29.90 incl GST per day. Group H-M NZ$35.60 incl GST per day.

Security Bond: NZ$300 Note: All credit card transactions incur at 1.99% fee.

Important Note Re Accident Excess: If no credit card is presented then a cash deposit of NZ$300 is required plus the value of any optional extras purchased at the rental counter, plus the cost of any applicable one-way fees, airport fees, remote fees etc. ie ADE NZ$3,450, plus sundries & NZ$300 security bond OR NZ$29.90 x number of days of hire, plus sundries & NZ$300 security bond.

Hertz do not guarantee a specific model within the class range. Rental conditions subject to change.

Rates: Determined by date of pick up for entire hire. A rental day consists of 24 hours.

Driver’s age: Min. 21 years.

Driver’s Licence: A full valid licence, held for a min. of one year is the min. requirement. It must be written in English or accompanied by an International Driver’s Permit.

Rates Include: Unlimited kms, GST, Loss Damage Waiver (subject to excess), Vehicle Registration Fees, Admin Fee Recovery & 24hr Roadside Assistance.

Booking Information & Conditions Validity

Early Bird Specials

This brochure is valid for sale from Jan 16 for travel from Jun to Oct 16 unless otherwise stated. ANZCRO owns Ski Express, all information and details were correct at the time of printing (Jan 2016) however Ski Express reserves the right to amend any details without notice.

Must be booked and paid by 31 May 16 (Not combinable with bonus offers). *Excludes packages which must be paid by 31 March 16.

Deposits A non refundable deposit of $110 per person is required within 10 days of booking to secure your reservation. Some tours and special accommodations have their own deposit regulations, which you will be made aware of at the time of booking. Ski Express reserves the right to cancel the booking if the deposit is not received.

Payments Certain special airfares may require payment immediately upon booking. In the event that ANZCRO agrees to the acceptance of Credit Card payments, they will be made available through special arrangement with the Travel Agent and ANZCRO reserves the right to charge a fee to the Credit Card Holder for this service.

Late Bookings Ski Express reserves the right to charge a late booking fee of $35 to cover additional costs associated with bookings made within 10 days of travel.

Amendments Prior to documents being issued the first time amendment is FREE. All additional amendments are liable to a maximum charge of $35 per amendment. All amendments once documents have been issued will be charged. For all bookings requiring to be confirmed on the day an urgent booking fee of $35 per file may apply.

Refunds • Unused Ski Product – NIL • Unused Car / Motorhome hire – NIL • Unused Accommodation/Service vouchers refunded at the sole discretion of Ski Express Product and service providers are unable to authorize any refund on Ski Express’s behalf. Consumer refunds/claims, must be lodged in writing within 30 days of the client’s stay/ service date.

Snow Season Ski conditions are an act of nature and totally beyond our control. Generally the New Zealand ski season operates from mid June to the end of September. Ski Express takes no responsibility for late starts, early finishes to the ski season or snow quality and conditions. All ski products are non transferable and non refundable.

Pricing All prices in this brochure are expressed in New Zealand dollars and include New Zealand Goods & Services Tax. Ski Express reserves the right to amend without notice, any prices in this brochure. We refer particularly but are not limited to the withdrawal or adjustment of contracted rates with land & service providers, New Zealand Government charges & printing errors.

Rates in this brochure reflect information available to Ski Express at the time of printing (Jan 2014) & all possible care has been taken in its compilation. Current valid prices will be advised on request & confirmation by way of invoice when your booking is made. All quoted prices will be guaranteed once full payment is received by Ski Express.

Supplier Service Disputes In the event that you have a problem whilst travelling, please take up the matter immediately with the Supplier.

We would not want any unresolved problem to mar your travel experience, and this provides an opportunity to have the matter discussed, investigated and remedied on the spot. If the problem is not rectified to your satisfaction by the supplier please advise Ski Express or your travel agent as soon as possible so we can work on a resolution on your behalf. Consumer refunds / claims must be lodged in writing within 30 days of travel.

Travel Insurance Ski Express strongly recommends that you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy at the time of booking. Your Travel Agent will be able to advise and assist you with this. Cancellation fees charged by Ski Express will not be waived under any circumstances, where travel insurance may have covered you.

Baggage All baggage and personal effects are, at all times, at your own risk. Any excess baggage charges are the responsibility of the passenger.

Liabilities 1. The Trade Practices Act implies a warranty that the services rendered by Ski Express will be rendered with due care and skill and nothing contained in these conditions is to be construed as in any way excluding, restricting or limiting that warranty or any other rights implied by law which may not be excluded, restricted or modified.

2. Ski Express and its associated companies and their employees are not liable for: (a) Any event beyond their control, including (but not limited to) war, disturbance, fire, flood, unusually severe weather, act of God, act of government or other authorities, accident or failure of machinery or equipment, or industrial action (whether or not including Ski Express/ANZCRO employees): nor (b) Any act or omission whatsoever (whether within or outside their control) in relation to any booking, contract, travel, accommodation, excursion or other holiday services (including the carriage of baggage) which results in any direct, indirect or consequential loss, damage, death, injury, delay, liability, additional expenses or inconvenience. (c) Ski Express does not own or operate any tour product or service listed in this brochure. Ski Express is a tour wholesaler who arranges the provision of the products & services listed. Ski Express does not take responsibility for the omission or failure of individual properties, plant or services detailed in this brochure.
