Spirit Support FAQs How often do Spirit Support teams practice? Cheerleading and Dance Team practice up to 3 or 4 times per week. Pep Band meets every other week. There is no practice requirement for Mascots. Are there any fees to participate? There are no fees to participate in any Spirit Support teams. Do I have to be on the Cheer/Dance competition team? Cheerleading holds separate competition team auditions each fall. All Dance Team members attend Nationals each year, but auditions are held for competition dances. How can I audition? Cheerleading and Dance hold auditions at the end of the spring semester and the Pep Band and Mascots hold auditions at the beginning of each semester.
