Met with SAC Chair to discuss USenate Relations D. Met with Houston and Gabby last Friday, no major updates 1. Gave feedback on pulse of student body regarding shooting E. Club offices spaces are being renovated and will continue into the summer. Comptroller Updates A. Pres. Stark preparing the EOSR for the Comptroller position. B. Managing the emails from clubs. Secretary Updates A. Meeting with the incoming secretary to transition them into the role. Committee Updates a. Appropriations i. Spring Fest tentatively happening May 7th ii. Conversations surrounding Veto still happening. iii. Determining blanket allocations with the new enrollment numbers for next semester. b. Academic Affairs i. Waiting on contracts for movie night for next semester c. Club Resources i. Lots of club elections that need to be staffed. ii. Meeting Called to order at 6:37 PM Quorum Call a. Quorum Set at 22 New Business a. Elections Commission i. Campaigning is going on right now and it is going great so far. It ends tuesday at 6:00 pm. You can’t campaign on the academic side or on Zoom Classes. President and Vice President Nominations there is only one ticket running so there will not be a debate but there will be a forum ish style event.
