Registering Your Car You must register your car at the David S. Mack Public Safety and Information Center. By registering your car, you are eligible to access the Breslin Hall parking facility, which is reserved for commuting students only! The David S. Mack Public Safety and Information Center is located at the corner of Hempstead Turnpike and California Avenue. Parking is free on both the North and South Campuses for all students. Getting to Hofstra by Train The Hofstra Blue Beetle and Hofstra Road Runner, our courtesy buses, both stop at the Hempstead and Mineola train stations every day.
