• There are several ways that our offices can be reached, as well as ways you can reach us. The most important is the secure messaging function. • Once you are logged in to Medicat, select “Messages” from the menu on the left. o Mobile devices will only show the envelope icon. • Here you will see your message inbox, an option to compose a message, and your sent items. Using secure messaging is similar in function to email. • To compose a message: o Click “Compose” o Clinic: Choose the clinic you wish to message o To: Choose the clinic you wish to message If you would like to direct your message to a certain team member, please indicate in your message. Due to our staffing pattern the applicable team member may not be able to respond in a timely fashion. The rest of our clinical team will work to get you an appropriate, timely response. o Subject: <Like an email, a brief indicator of what the message is about. o Message: <Type your message here” o Once you have composed your information, click “Submit”.
