Events From Our Office Events Around Campus A Word From Our Director
After a cold and snowy winter, spring break is finally right around the corner. Before you begin break, be sure to check out our Personal Safety Session on Wed. March 12th during common hour. The workshop is being presented by Public Safety Officer Hagenmiller, and will provide information geared toward being safe over spring break. Check out the flyer in the "Events from our office" section below. As you venture home or on vacation for spring break, we'd like you to remember some easy and important safety tips for packing up and securing your house.

We all met at orientation, and started hanging out at the commuter lounge in room 221, now we hang out all the time. If I had to give advice to any commuter it would be to say hi to a stranger and

- Be sure to lock all doors and windows of your home. - Do not pack your car the night before you leave as you don't want any of your belongings to be stolen or to let people know that you will be gone. - Turn off and unplug any electrical appliances. -Remove any valuable items that may be visible from the outside of your residence. -Use deadbolt locks to avoid doors from being forced open. -Activate your home alarm system if you should have one.
