The Right Program for You Frank G. Zarb School of Business The Frank G. Zarb School of Business offers challenging programs designed to prepare today’s students for roles as tomorrow’s business leaders.

Prestigious full-time faculty teach using state-of-theart resources, such as the Martin B. Greenberg Trading Room, one of the largest and most sophisticated Bloomberg-based academic facilities in the world. Hofstra’s proximity to New York City offers valuable internship and career opportunities.

The Zarb School is also one of only 10 percent of business schools nationwide with programs in both business and accounting that are accredited by AACSB International – The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. With a broad array of majors, the course work is designed to teach business fundamentals, decision making and management in a diverse environment. The programs are enhanced by internships, guest lectures and forums with top business leaders, academic clubs, and networking opportunities with successful alumni and prospective employers.

The Zarb School is composed of the departments of Accounting, Taxation, and Legal Studies in Business; Finance; Information Systems and Business Analytics; Management and Entrepreneurship; and Marketing and International Business.

There are also accelerated dual-degree programs in a variety of disciplines, which allow you to earn a Bachelor of Business Administration and either a Master of Science or a Master of Business Administration in just five years, saving time and up to a full year of tuition.

Zarb undergraduate students can also rely on high-quality, comprehensive career services from Hofstra University’s Career Center. Career counselors help students build strong resumes and secure valuable internships as well as jobs after graduation.

Career Center services and resources include oneon-one appointments with career counselors, access to thousands of job and internship postings, career fairs, on-campus recruitment programs, career-related webshops, mock interviews, resume and cover letter writing, and online management of recommendation letters.

Your home away from home On a lush 240 acres, our campus boasts ivy-covered buildings, technologically enriched classrooms, and 35 residence halls that are tailored to meet individual preferences – whether you like a traditional-style residence or the camaraderie of suite-style living, or you prefer a designated quiet floor. All residence halls are accessible to students with disabilities and are staffed with trained professional resident directors and assistants who are available around the clock, all semester long. So whether you’re having a snack in the common kitchen, hanging out with friends in the lounge, or studying or watching TV in your room, you can make yourself at home.

Unsurpassed resources Both resident and commuting students enjoy access to six theaters, 18 eateries and 24-hour dining services, a stateof-the-art fitness center, an accredited museum, regular shuttle service around campus and the community, and an impressive 10-floor library that contains more than 1 million volumes and offers 24/7 online access to 225,000 journals and books. Our recreational and athletic facilities include 17 NCAA Division I sports, an Olympic-sized swimming pool, an indoor sports and entertainment arena, and impressively designed and maintained athletic fields.
