Author of numerous literary works (poetry, narrative, theatre) and of literary criticism in Galician and Spanish, Claudio Rodr guez Fer has been a Visiting Professor at The City University of New York, at the University of Southern Brittany, and at the Universit Haute Bretagne at Rennes, where he was awarded an honorary doctorate. He holds the Jos ngel Valente Chair of Poetry and Aesthetics at the University of Santiago de Compostela (Spain). Among his numerous publications are Poemas de amor sen morte (1979); Cinepoemas (1983); Vulva (1990); Unha tempada no para so (2010); Os para sos er ticos (2010); Amores e clamores (2011); Contos e descontos (2011). He has published books on Dostoyevsky, Borges, Neruda, Cernuda, Cort zar, Juan Goytisolo, and Galician writers including Castelao, Pimentel, Dieste, Fole, Carballo, Cunqueiro, Granell, and Valente. His creative work has been translated into many languages. His latest book is Deadless Loves/Amores sen morte (2015).
