Students from Ms. Pichardo's and Mr. Nunez's classes at Walnut Street and Ms. Longley's class at Albany Avenue drew themselves as Art Travelers!

Art Travelers used their close-looking skills to examine artifacts from Papua New Guinea and Nigeria. They created artwork inspired by the cultural traditions they studied, with a theme of "giving thanks."

Storytelling artifacts from Japan and Democratic Republic of the Congo provided inspiration for creating "Day/Night Masks."
Students visited "The Barack Obama Presidency: Hope and Change" and created artifacts with a positive message!
