ABOUT THE DEMATTEIS SCHOOL • The DeMatteis School is ranked 32nd out of 205 non-PhDgranting engineering schools nationwide, according to the 2020 U.S. News & World Report Best Colleges rankings. • A $25 million New York state grant will help fund a new 65,000-square-foot building. • Since its establishment in 2012, the DeMatteis School undergraduate enrollment has more than doubled to its current number of about 800 full-time students. • The DeMatteis School boasts approximately 3,000 alumni in industry, government, and academia. • DeMatteis students benefit from state-of-the-art research facilities in mechatronics, cell and tissue engineering, ultrasound in medicine, aerodynamics, construction materials, materials testing, and big data.
