BLACK HISTORY MONTH Reception
Wednesday, February 17, 2016 11:15 a.m.-12:40 p.m. (Common Hour) Plaza Rooms, Mack Student Center, North Campus Join us for our annual Black History Month program where we will be hosting a panel of alumni from local Divine Nine chapters highlighting the history, community and culture of historically Black Greek Letter Organizations (BGLOs). The panel will cover a range of topics, particularly the role of BGLOs in history, social justice awareness and civil rights activism. Following the panel, members of Hofstra’s Divine Nine organizations will take part in a unity step. Refreshments will be available at the reception.
Admission to this event is free for Hofstra students, faculty and staff.
