Musical Performances The D’Addario Community Music Appreciation Initiative, now in its third year at Hofstra University, is a multifaceted program designed to increase knowledge and appreciation for all types of music among a broad range of young people. The D’Addario Foundation is co-sponsoring our entertainment this year, which includes performances by:

The East End Trio The East End Trio presents music from the 1960s to today, performed with originality, style and grace. Mike Munzer, guitar, vocals; Greg “Clutch” Reilly, electric bass/vocals; Doug Morrow, drums. (Doug Morrow teaches in the Department of Radio, Television, Film at Hofstra University.) New York's Most Dangerous Big Band Appropriately named because many of its members are active and/or retired police officers, this 20-plus powerful big band, under the direction of Ed deCorsia, has been performing at events throughout the New York metropolitan area for more than 10 years.
