Local Expertise Founded in 1968 to provide superior real estate services to clients in the Triangle area, Hodge & Kittrell Sotheby’s International Realty remains a leader in central North Carolina's real estate market. The company was originally founded by Joe Hodge’s mother, Nadine Hodge as Nadine Hodge Realty. In 1987, Gilliam Kittrell and Joe Hodge joined together to form Hodge & Kittrell Realtors. Sotheby’s International Realty recognized Hodge & Kittrell Realtors as the key player in the Triangle luxury real estate market, and in 2011 the company accepted the invitation to join the Sotheby's International Realty brand to push their marketing strategy and listing exposure to the next level. In February of 2017, Hodge & Kittrell Sotheby's International Realty opened its second office, located in Chapel Hill, to better serve clients in the western portion of the Triangle.

Raleigh Raleigh is the capital city of North Carolina as well as its second most populous city. Known as the "City of Oaks" for its many oak trees, which line the streets in the heart of the city, it is also one of the fastest-growing cities in the country with a population of over one million residents. Home to North Carolina State University, Raleigh is the largest corner of the Research Triangle Park area. DURHAM

Durham Durham is the second-largest city in the Triangle region of North Carolina. Apex/Holly Springs Apex is a small community 20 miles south of Raleigh that has a charming blend of rich history and a bright future. Founded in the 1860s, the town got its name from its location at the highest point on the old Chatham Railroad. Downtown Apex is a well-preserved downtown that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and includes about 60 historic structures. Today, these structures contain a unique assortment of award-winning restaurants and specialty shops. Holly Springs began as a crossroads located near fresh water springs and an abundance of holly trees, where travelers would stop to quench their thirst. While that bit of history doesn’t continue today, residents and visitors do indulge in the town's local craft beers.

Chatham County/Pittsboro Pittsboro is a small town in Chatham County, located just south of the charming college town of Chapel Hill.
