HANGOUT: Everyone needs a break from adventure every now and then. The Hangout is the perfect spot for them to kick back. A place for playing video games, jamming to their favorite music or lounging in between activities.

WORKSHOP : This is the space for them to use their mind and their hands. From art projects to science experiments and exploring technology, the workshop is where they can think outside the box and color outside the lines.

ARENA : Gear them up in their comfiest kicks — competitive spirits are always welcome here. From partner and group games to the digital ball wall, there are plenty of activities to keep the energy as high as their spirits.

BEHAVIOR POLICY

If a child behaves inappropriately, he or she will get a verbal warning. If the behavior continues, we’ll put them in an age-appropriate time-out. A third incident will result in dismissal from the program. We’ll notify parents right away the first time it happens so they can get involved.

CURFEW

Adventurers under the age of 18 who are not accompanied by a parent or guardian have a curfew of midnight, unless they’re participating in programs hosted by Adventure Ocean or Teen Staff.

SPLASHIN’ SAFETY

Although there are lifeguards on duty at the pool deck, adult supervision is required for children 12 years and younger. Complimentary swim vests are always available near the towel station on the pool deck if you’d like one for your child. For the safety and well being of children, children’s swimming pool personal flotation devices are available free of charge at the pool deck areas. Personal floatation devices (PFDs) are for use onboard the Wonder of the Seas and cannot be taken off the ship.

DIAPER POLICY

All children participating in Adventure Ocean activities must be at least 3 years old and be fully potty trained (with the exception of AO Babies).

LATE PICK-UP POLICY

Please note the designated pick-up time for each activity. Following a 15-minute grace period, you are subject to a late fee of $1 per child, per minute. If your show or Shore Excursion runs late, not to worry — you will not be charged.

ONBOARD EXPENSE ACCOUNT

Setting Up Your Account

If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on 5. Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a debit card, or cash. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 5 to 7 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may link other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk.

A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. After you have activated your Seapass card at any arcade machine - please contact Guest Services to set the limit. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App or on your Stateroom TV. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the last night of your cruise A ﬁnal statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. Guests on a cash account will need to settle their account at Guest Services by latest 11:00 pm the night prior to disembarking the ship.

Specialty Dining Reservations

Specialty Dining reservations can be made through the Royal Caribbean App. You may also dial 7000 on your stateroom phone and select the restaurant you wish to dine in or visit the restaurant and make a reservation with the Host outside. The Host can also assist you with making changes to your reservation.

Room Service

Continental breakfast is complimentary. Both the All-Day Menu and American Breakfast will have a delivery fee of $7.95 plus an 18% gratuity for each order. To view the menu, visit the Royal App or browse on the TV in your stateroom. When you’re ready to order, dial 7000 from your stateroom phone.

How much are gratuities?

If not already pre-paid, a $18.00 USD gratuity ($20.50 for Suite guests) is added to each guest's onboard account daily to help recognize superior service from crew during your cruise. This gratuity is shared among dining & culinary services staff, stateroom attendants, and other hotel services teams working behind the scenes. In addition to daily gratuities, an 18% gratuity is automatically added to all beverage, mini bar items, specialty dining, and spa & salon purchases.

Open Balcony Door? Your AC will Turn Off

For energy conservation and safety, when your balcony door is open, your stateroom air conditioning will automatically turn off. To turn it back on, simply close and lock your balcony door.

Children in Diapers

Due to public health regulations, children in diapers, swim diapers, pull-ups, or who aren’t completely toilet trained are not allowed in the pools, whirlpools, or the H2O Zone. The Baby Splash area is designated for children in diapers.

Safety First with Swim Vests

Play it safe at the pool by swimming smart and looking cool. Complimentary swim vests are available in 3 sizes for children ages 4 to 12. Swim vests are located near the towel station on Deck 15.

Dry off and Drop Off

Don’t forget to return your pool towels back to the designated Towel Station when you’re done! A $25 replacement fee will be charged to your SeaPass card for each unreturned towel.
