Safety 1-2-3

In compliance with our Youth Evacuation Plan, children will be given colored wristbands that correspond with their muster stations. In the event of an emergency, Youth Staff will escort all children participating in Adventure Ocean activities to their muster stations for reunification with their parents/guardians.

Smoking

All Royal Caribbean ships are non-smoking (including e-cigarettes) except for designated areas in the Casino (for active players only while playing) and the specified area on the open decks. Please be sure to properly dispose of cigarettes, cigars, and pipe tobacco.

Arcade Charges

Children’s SeaPass cards can be activated directly at the arcade even if those accounts have been deactivated for charging privileges. Please see the Guest Services Staff for further information.

ONBOARD EXPENSE ACCOUNT

Setting Up Your Account

If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 5. Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cash. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App or on your Stateroom TV. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the last night of your cruise. A ﬁnal statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. Guests on a cash account will need to settle their account at Guest Services prior to disembarking the ship.

Specialty Dining Reservations

Specialty Dining reservations can be made through the Royal Caribbean App. You may also dial 7000 on your stateroom phone and select the restaurant you wish to dine in or visit the restaurant and make a reservation with the Maitre d' outside. The Maitre d' can also assist you with making changes to your seating.

Room Service

Continental breakfast is complimentary. Both the All-Day Menu and American Breakfast will have a delivery fee of $7.95 plus an 18% gratuity for each order. To view the menu, visit the Royal App or browse on the TV in your stateroom. When you’re ready to order, dial 7000 from your stateroom phone.

GRATUITIES

How much are gratuities?

If not already pre-paid, a $18.00 gratuity ($20.50 for Suite guests) is added to each guest's onboard account daily to help recognize superior service from crew during your cruise. This gratuity is shared among dining & culinary services staff, stateroom attendants, and other hotel services teams working behind the scenes. In addition to daily gratuities, an 18% gratuity is automatically added to all beverage, mini bar items, specialty dining, and spa & salon purchases.

Please note that the local government has strict laws for drug possession. Guests found in violation of such laws are subject to arrest and prosecution and will be prevented from re-boarding the ship.

Take Precautions Ashore

Safe traveler tips: avoid mass gatherings as a security precaution and avoid being late back to the ship. Be cautious and practice situational awareness when exploring new areas. If on a Shore Excursion, stick with your group. If travelling on your own, consider alternative routes and allow yourself extra travel time to and from the ship.

Here’s how to make your departure experience as seamless as possible. You can also check out channel 7 on your stateroom television for a video overview of this process.

Self-Assist Departure

Avoid the wait by keeping all your luggage with you as you depart the ship. Assigned departure times begin at approximately 7:00 am and end at 9:30 am.

Note: This option is not available for guests requiring wheelchair assistance, Royal Caribbean airport transfers or shore excursion s.

Departure Morning

• You are free to depart as soon as the Self-Assist Departure announcement has been made.

Getting Off the Ship

• Tune to channel 2 on your stateroom television for the assigned departure times

• Once the Self-Assist announcement is made or when you receive a notification via the Royal Caribbean App, proceed from your stateroom or departure lounge to the gangway on Deck 5 with all your luggage.

• Taxis are usually readily available outside the terminal.

Regular Departure

Take advantage of our luggage assistance provided on the night before departure. Assigned departure times begin at 7:15 am and end at 9:30 am approximately.

Night Before

• Leave your bags with luggage tags attached outside your door by 10:00 pm. Remember to place the luggage tag on one of your carry-on bags so your departure group is clearly identified.

• Keep travel documents, valuables, and essential medications with you.

Note: Guests requiring wheelchair assistance on Royal Caribbean airport transfers and shore excursions are required to check their bags the night before.

Departure Morning

• Head to your designated departure lounge and proceed to the gangway once your departure time is called .

Getting Off the Ship

• Once your departure number is called on channel 2 on your stateroom television or when you receive a notification via the Royal Caribbean App, proceed from your stateroom or departure lounge to the gangway on Deck 5 using the elevators nearest to you.

• If you are on a Royal Caribbean shore excursion, please refer to your tour ticket for meeting point and time details You may collect your bags at the terminal.

• If you are taking independent transportation, claim your baggage at the area identified by the number on your luggage tag at the terminal, then proceed to your transportation. Taxis will be readily available.

• If you require wheelchair assistance, please inform Guest Services by dialing 0 to schedule a time and receive more instruction.

Note: Wait times at the terminal will be longer for guests traveling with birth certificates instead of passports.

How do I close out my tab?

Your invoice will be mailed to you at the end of your cruise vacation. The credit card you provided at check-in will be automatically charged. You can also add additional gratuities to your SeaPass at Guest Services or leave cash.

There will be a hold when you link your credit card to your onboard account. The hold is used to secure funds for anticipated onboard purchases and will be released within 5 – 7 business days after your sailing.

Self-Assist Departure

Avoid the wait by keeping all your luggage with you as you depart the ship. Assigned departure times begin at approximately 7:00 am and end at 9:30 am.

Note: This option is not available for guests requiring wheelchair assistance, Royal Caribbean airport transfers or shore excursion s.

Departure Morning

• You are free to depart as soon as the Self-Assist Departure announcement has been made.

Getting Off the Ship

• Tune to channel 2 on your stateroom television for the assigned departure times

• Taxis are usually readily available outside the terminal.

Regular Departure

Take advantage of our luggage assistance provided on the night before departure. Assigned departure times begin at 7:15 am and end at 9:30 am approximately.

Night Before

• Leave your bags with luggage tags attached outside your door by 10:00 pm. Remember to place the luggage tag on one of your carry-on bags so your departure group is clearly identified.

• Keep travel documents, valuables, and essential medications with you.

Note: Guests requiring wheelchair assistance on Royal Caribbean airport transfers and shore excursions are required to check their bags the night before.

• Head to your designated departure lounge and proceed to the gangway once your departure time is called .

Getting Off the Ship

Here’s how to make your departure experience as seamless as possible. You can also check out channel 7 on your stateroom television for a video overview of this process.

Self-Assist Departure

Avoid the wait by keeping all your luggage with you as you depart the ship. Assigned departure times begin at approximately 7:00 am and end at 9:30 am.

Note: This option is not available for guests requiring wheelchair assistance, Royal Caribbean airport transfers or shore excursion s.

Departure Morning

• You are free to depart as soon as the Self-Assist Departure announcement has been made.

Getting Off the Ship

• Tune to channel 2 on your stateroom television for the assigned departure times

• Taxis are usually readily available outside the terminal.

Regular Departure

Take advantage of our luggage assistance provided on the night before departure. Assigned departure times begin at 7:15 am and end at 9:30 am approximately.

Night Before

• Leave your bags with luggage tags attached outside your door by 10:00 pm. Remember to place the luggage tag on one of your carry-on bags so your departure group is clearly identified.

• Keep travel documents, valuables, and essential medications with you.

Note: Guests requiring wheelchair assistance on Royal Caribbean airport transfers and shore excursions are required to check their bags the night before.

Departure Morning

• Head to your designated departure lounge and proceed to the gangway once your departure time is called .

Getting Off the Ship

• If you are on a Royal Caribbean shore excursion, please refer to your tour ticket for meeting point and time details You may collect your bags at the terminal.

• If you require wheelchair assistance, please inform Guest Services by dialing 0 to schedule a time and receive more instruction.

Note: Wait times at the terminal will be longer for guests traveling with birth certificates instead of passports.
