It is mandatory for the forms to be completed in a timely manner and returned back to the ship as this may impact the ship’s clearance in Victoria. Mandatory Canadian Customs Form Submission

Canadian Border Service Agency (CBSA) requires that All Guests onboard (including Canadian Citizens), including those who have no intention of going ashore in Victoria, complete a Mandatory Canadian Customs Form (E–311) sent to your stateroom. It is mandatory for the forms to be completed in a timely manner and returned back to the ship as this may impact the ship’s clearance in Victoria. We kindly ask that you hand over the completed form to your stateroom attendant or leave it on the dressing table of your stateroom no later than Noon today, if you’ve not yet done so.
