Luggage Delivery

Due to the high volume of luggage, we will happily deliver luggage until 8:00 pm tonight. If you accidentally packed any prohibited items or your bag was locked please proceed to Deck 2, midship after 4:00 pm to collect your luggage.

Arcade Charges

Children’s SeaPass cards can be activated directly at the arcade even if those accounts have been deactivated for charging privileges. Please see the Guest Services staff for further information.

Children’s Personal Flotation Devices (PFD)

For the safety and wellbeing of children, children’s swimming pool personal flotation devices are available free of charge at the pool deck areas. Personal flotation devices (PFDs) are for use onboard the Ovation of the Seas and cannot be taken off the ship.

Face Masks at a Glance

As a pre-cautionary measure, the Australian government, and Royal Caribbean International are in agreement, in highly recommending that all guests wear a mask while indoor in public spaces or crowded outdoor spaces onboard.

Wash Up & Watch Out!

To best prevent illnesses, wash your hands with soap and warm water after bathroom breaks and before eating. Feeling ill? Norovirus symptoms include upset stomach, vomiting and diarrhea. Should you experience any of these symptoms, contact our Medical Staff by dialing 51. Please do not visit the medical facility without an appointment.

Good To Know

SeaPass Account

You may notice a temporary hold on the credit card your SeaPass card is linked to. The hold is used to secure funds for anticipated onboard purchases and will be released at the end of the sailing once your final charges are settled. (Approximately 140 AUD)

Important Information For Cash Accounts

As per Australian Government’s financial regulations, we are not allowed to engage in foreign currency cash transactions (including Australian dollars) in Australian waters and while docked in Australian ports.

Safe Disposal of Medical Needles

Do you use medical needles? Keep others safe by discarding them properly. Please see your stateroom attendant to request a sharps container.

Smoking Only Permitted in Designated Areas

All Royal Caribbean ships are non-smoking (including e-cigarettes) except for designated areas on open decks - Deck 5 Starboard Side, Deck 14 Port Side, and Deck 15 North Star Bar (evening hours only). Please be sure to properly dispose of cigarettes, cigars, and pipe tobacco.

Safety 1-2-3

In compliance with our Youth Evacuation Plan, children will be given colored wristbands that correspond with their muster stations. In the event of an emergency, Youth Staff will escort all children participating in Adventure Ocean activities to their muster stations for reunification with their parents/ guardians.
