Luggage Delivery Due to the high volume of luggage, we will happily deliver luggage until 7:00 pm tonight. If you accidentally packed any prohibited items and your bag was locked, please proceed to Deck 1 after 3:00 pm to collect your luggage. You may notice a temporary hold on the credit card your SeaPass card is linked to. The hold is used to secure funds for anticipated onboard purchases and will be released at the end of the sailing once your final charges are settled.
Alcohol Policy
Bar personnel may request verification age for service. The minimum drinking age onboard ships sailing from North America is 21.
Safety First with Swim Vests.
Play it safe at the pool, swimming smart and looking cool. Complimentary swim vests are available in 3 sizes designed for children ages 4 to 12. Swim vests are located near the towel station on Deck 11.

For the safety and well–being of children, children’s swimming pool personal flotation devices are available free of charge at the pool deck areas. Personal flotation devices (PFDs) are for use onboard the Grandeur of the Seas and cannot be taken off the ship.

Assistive Listening System (ALS)
Guests may request and sign out Assistive Listening Systems (ALS) or Assistive Listening Devices (ALD) available at the Guest Services Desk.
Safety 1–2–3
In compliance with our Youth Evacuation Plan, children will be given colored wristbands th at correspond with their muster stations. In the event of an emergency, Youth Staff will escort all children participating in Adventure Ocean activities to their muster stations for reunification with their parents/guardians.
Hold Steady with Handrails
Even on the calmest of seas, the ship may shift unexpectedly. Use the handrails located throughout the ship whenever we are sailing.
