If you are planning to just head ashore for a short time, we suggest relaxing on board and enjoy lunch as we anticipate the tender service will be quieter after 3:00 pm.

Luggage Delivery

Due to the high volume of luggage, we will happily deliver luggage until 8:30 pm tonight. If you accidentally packed any prohibited items or your bag was locked please proceed to Deck 1, midship lobby area, after 3:00 pm to collect your luggage.

All Guests please allow 45 minutes for the tendering process to get ashore. If you are planning to go ashore, you will need to collect a tender ticket. We kindly ask you to wait in the public lounges until you hear your tender ticket number called and we will advise you where to procced to. ONBOARD EXPENSE ACCOUNT

Setting Up Your Account

If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 5. Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cash. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the 2nd last night of your cruise. A final statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. Guests on a cash account will need to settle their account at Guest Services prior to disembarking the ship.

Specialty Dining Reservations

Specialty Dining reservations can be made through the Royal Caribbean App. You may also dial 7000 on your stateroom phone and select the restaurant you wish to dine in or visit the restaurant and make a reservation with the Maitre d' outside. The Maitre d' can also assist you with making changes to your seating.

Room Service

Continental breakfast is complimentary. Both the All-Day Menu and American Breakfast will have a delivery fee of $7.95 plus an 18% gratuity for each order. To view the menu, visit the Royal App or browse on the TV in your stateroom. When you’re ready to order, dial 7000 from your stateroom phone.

The evening before departure, you will receive the As You Depart flyer in your stateroom. The flyer details all the information you need to know for departure.

How To Purchase Internet Packages

Purchase Internet packages from your device! Simply connect to the shipboard Wi-Fi network "WiFi-Guest-Explorer" and open your web browser to view available packages for your sailing. GRATUITIES

How much are gratuities?

If not already pre-paid, a $16.00 gratuity ($18.50 for Suite guests) is added to each guest's onboard account daily to help recognize superior service from crew during your cruise. This gratuity is shared among dining & culinary services sta , stateroom attendants, and other hotel services teams working behind the scenes. In addition to daily gratuities, an 18% gratuity is automatically added to all beverage, mini bar items, specialty dining, and spa & salon purchases.

Important information about the port of Corfu

If you are heading into Corfu town independently, you can walk around the port to the main terminal which is a 10 minute walk. There is a complimentary port operated shuttle bus (Blue and white colour) which will take you to the main terminal building. From there, you can either take the Royal Caribbean shuttle bus into town $15, or take a local taxi approximtley 10 Euro each way. There are also local buses from the main terminal. The walk into Corfu town is 3 km and will take approximatley 45 minutes. Please note that you will pass through security screening when you return at the main terminal and when you board the ship.

Important information

You should let us know as soon as possible what your transfer plans are at the end of the voyage. Guests with flights after 11:45 am on departure morning can purchase transfer tickets to Venice Airport. Guests with flights after 10:50 am can purchase tickets to Bologna Airport. Tickets are also available to the Ravenna train station, Bologna station and to Venice city center, Tickets can be purchased via the QR code attached and charged to your onboard account or at the transfer inquiry desk located on deck 2 forward Conference center start from 9:00 am till 12:30 pm and 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm. Once we receive, we’ll send your transfer or shuttle confirmation to your stateroom later in the voyage.

Beat the Rush

Avoid lining up to settle your SeaPass account. Register your credit card on the Royal Caribbean App or at Guest Services on Deck 5 - no check-out will be required. Heading Ashore Independently?

You’ll find many taxi’s, open top hop on / hop off buses directly outside the main terminal next to the ship - prices for the hop on hop off bus start from 20 EURO per person. If you are heading into Athens independently, a taxi will cost approximately 25 EURO each way. You can also take the metro into the centre of Athens. To reach the metro you will need to either walk around the port of Piraeus or take a taxi to the metro station. The service is regular, takes approximately 30 minutes and costs a few EURO’s. If you are planning to stay around the Piraeus area, it’s a short walk (approximately 10 - 15 minutes) into Piraeus where you’ll find local bars, café’s and shops.

ONBOARD EXPENSE ACCOUNT

Setting Up Your Account

If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 5. Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cash. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the 2nd last night of your cruise. A final statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. Guests on a cash account will need to settle their account at Guest Services prior to disembarking the ship.

Specialty Dining reservations can be made through the Royal Caribbean App. You may also dial 7000 on your stateroom phone and select the restaurant you wish to dine in or visit the restaurant and make a reservation with the Maitre d' outside. Continental breakfast is complimentary. Both the All-Day Menu and American Breakfast will have a delivery fee of $7.95 plus an 18% gratuity for each order. To view the menu, visit the Royal App or browse on the TV in your stateroom. When you’re ready to order, dial 7000 from your stateroom phone.

How much are gratuities?

If not already pre-paid, a $16.00 gratuity ($18.50 for Suite guests) is added to each guest's onboard account daily to help recognize superior service from crew during your cruise. ONBOARD EXPENSE ACCOUNT

Setting Up Your Account

If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 5. Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cash. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the 2nd last night of your cruise. A final statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. Guests on a cash account will need to settle their account at Guest Services prior to disembarking the ship.

Specialty Dining Reservations

Specialty Dining reservations can be made through the Royal Caribbean App. You may also dial 7000 on your stateroom phone and select the restaurant you wish to dine in or visit the restaurant and make a reservation with the Maitre d' outside. The Maitre d' can also assist you with making changes to your seating.

Room Service

Continental breakfast is complimentary. Both the All-Day Menu and American Breakfast will have a delivery fee of $7.95 plus an 18% gratuity for each order. To view the menu, visit the Royal App or browse on the TV in your stateroom. When you’re ready to order, dial 7000 from your stateroom phone.

How much are gratuities?

If not already pre-paid, a $16.00 gratuity ($18.50 for Suite guests) is added to each guest's onboard account daily to help recognize superior service from crew during your cruise. This gratuity is shared among dining & culinary services sta , stateroom attendants, and other hotel services teams working behind the scenes. In addition to daily gratuities, an 18% gratuity is automatically added to all beverage, mini bar items, specialty dining, and spa & salon purchases.
