FAQ ONBOARD EXPENSE ACCOUNT Setting Up Your Account If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 5. Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cash. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App or on your Stateroom TV. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the last night of your cruise. A final statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. Guests on a cash account will need to settle their account at Guest Services prior to disembarking the ship.

DINING Specialty Dining Reservations Specialty Dining reservations can be made through the Royal Caribbean App. You may also dial [7000] on your stateroom phone and select the restaurant you wish to dine in or visit the restaurant and make a reservation with the Maitre d' outside. The Maitre d' can also assist you with making changes to your seating. Room Service Continental breakfast is complimentary. Here’s how to make your departure experience as seamless as possible. You can also check out channel 2 on your stateroom television for a video overview of this process. W e’v e i mp l e m en t ed a mo r e gr a du a l fl o w fo r o ur dep a r tu r e p r o c es s . o Staterooms must be fully vacated no later than 8:00 am. After you’ve enjoyed breakfast, please head to your designated departure lounge until your departure number is announced or displayed on the ship’s digital screens. o All guests have been assigned a specific departure group and time. We’ve done our best to schedule your departure at a convenient time for you. You will be notified of your departure time on channel 2 on your stateroom television until 8:00 am, and wayfinding maps and digital screens throughout the ship. This is where our schedule will be continually updated. We ask you to verify the schedule on the television prior to leaving your stateroom. You can also review your departure information via the Royal Caribbean App for a quick and easy experience. o To avoid the large crowds and the long wait times, take advantage of our Self-Assist program (see details below) or our airport transfer services. Royal Caribbean transfers will be available at the terminal to get you to the airport right on time. Book yours today with Guest Services by 12:00 p.m. (noon) the day before departure.

Getting Off the Ship

o Tune to channel 2 on your stateroom television for the assigned departure times. o Once the Self-Assist announcement is made or when you receive a notification via the Royal Caribbean App, proceed from your stateroom or departure lounge to the gangway on Deck 4 with all your luggage. o Taxis are usually readily available outside the terminal.

Night Before

o If you are not choosing Self-Assist Departure, leave your bags with luggage tags attached outside your door by 10:00 pm. Remember to place the luggage tag on one of your carry-on bags so your departure group is clearly identified. o Keep travel documents, valuables, and essential medications with you. o Note: Guests requiring wheelchair assistance on Royal Caribbean airport transfers and shore excursions are required to check their bags the night before.

Taxis will be readily available. o If you require wheelchair assistance, please inform Guest Services by dialing 0 to schedule a time and receive more instruction. Wheelchair assistance in Boleros Bar, aft, deck 4. o Please note that wait times at the terminal will be longer for guests traveling with birth certificates instead of passports.

How do I close out my tab? The credit card you provided at check-in will be automatically charged. You can also add additional gratuities to your SeaPass at Guest Services or leave cash. There will be a hold when you link your credit card to your onboard account. The hold is used to secure funds for anticipated onboard purchases and will be released at the end of the sailing once your final charges are settled.

FAQ ONBOARD EXPENSE ACCOUNT Setting Up Your Account If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 5. Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cash. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App or on your Stateroom TV. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the last night of your cruise. A final statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. Guests on a cash account will need to settle their account at Guest Services prior to disembarking the ship.

DINING Specialty Dining Reservations Specialty Dining reservations can be made through the Royal Caribbean App. You may also dial [7000] on your stateroom phone and select the restaurant you wish to dine in or visit the restaurant and make a reservation with the Maitre d' outside. The Maitre d' can also assist you with making changes to your seating. Room Service Continental breakfast is complimentary. Both the All-Day Menu and American Breakfast will have a delivery fee of $7.95 plus an 18% gratuity for each order. To view the menu, visit the Royal App or browse on the TV in your stateroom. When you’re ready to order, dial [7000] from your stateroom phone.

INTERNET How To Purchase Internet Packages Purchase Internet packages from your device! Simply connect to the shipboard Wi-Fi network [Wi-Fi-Guest-Ship] and open your web browser to view available packages for your sailing. Trouble connecting? Ensure your device is in AIRPLANE MODE and turn your Wi-Fi ON and connect to [WiFi-Guest-Ship]. On the pop-up, click “Access Internet" or type login.com in your web browser. GRATUITIES How much are gratuities? If not already pre-paid, a $18.00 gratuity ($20.50 for Suite guests) is added to each guest's onboard account daily to help recognize superior service from crew during your cruise. This gratuity is shared among dining & culinary services staff, stateroom attendants, and other hotel services teams working behind the scenes. In addition to daily gratuities, an 18% gratuity is automatically added to all beverage, mini bar items, specialty dining, and spa & salon purchases.

We have interactive touchscreen wayfinding signage throughout the ship (specifically, at every elevator lobby) to help guide you to where you need to go!
