FAQ ONBOARD EXPENSE ACCOUNT Setting Up Your Account If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck XXX. Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cash. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App or on your Stateroom TV. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the last night of your cruise. A final statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. Guests on a cash account will need to settle their account at Guest Services prior to disembarking the ship.

DINING Specialty Dining Reservations Specialty Dining reservations can be made through the Royal Caribbean App. You may also dial 7999 on your stateroom phone and select the restaurant you wish to dine in or visit the restaurant and make a reservation with the Maitre d' outside. The Maitre d' can also assist you with making changes to your seating. Room Service Continental breakfast is complimentary. GRATUITIES How much are gratuities? If not already pre-paid, a $16.00 gratuity ($18.50 for Suite guests) is added to each guest's onboard account daily to help recognize superior service from crew during your cruise. This gratuity is shared among dining & culinary services staff, stateroom attendants, and other hotel services teams working behind the scenes. In addition to daily gratuities, an 18% gratuity is automatically added to all beverage, mini bar items, specialty dining, and spa & salon purchases.

One person is permitted to pick up tender tickets for up to 10 guests maximum in their family, party or group. Please wait comfortably in one of our lounges or public areas for your ticket number to be called. Announcements are only made in public areas and not inside your stateroom. Please ensure that you have your entire family, party or group together when getting off the ship as waiting is not permitted on Deck 3 or below, or at the tender loading area. Whether exploring on your own or on a Royal Caribbean Shore Excursion, please plan your visit ashore accordingly, as the entire tendering process may add up to an hour, round trip. The capital city of New Caledonia offers some of the best weather in the South Pacific. Noumea’s cultural pride shines through in its museums, theaters and art galleries. Check out the Jean-Marie Tjibaou Cultural Centre or head to the top of the Noumea Cathedral for panoramic views of the island. Hop a ferry out to Amedee Island to see its lighthouse or go snorkeling in Anse Vata Bay.

As the Brilliance of the Seas will be docking at a working pier today, shuttle busses will be available to transport guests from the ship to Terminal. No guest is permitted to walk. Complimentary shuttle tickets are available for pick up today at the Minstrel Dining Room on Deck 5 Portside, from 8:15 am onwards until open shuttles is announced. In order to help us make the process as smooth as possible for all of our guests, please only collect a ticket when you are ready to go ashore. One person is permitted to pick up shuttle bus tickets for up to 10 guests maximum in their family, party or group. You will need to present your ticket in order to head ashore prior to noon. Please wait comfortably in one of our lounges or public areas for your ticket number to be called. Announcements are only made in public areas and not inside your stateroom. Please ensure that you have your entire family, party or group together when getting off the ship as waiting is not permitted on Deck 3 or below, or at the shuttle loading area. You can meet with your family, party or group in any of the public areas on Deck 4 and above. Any guest wishing to head ashore after noon should wait until we announce open shuttles, as tickets will no longer be required. For guests on a Royal Caribbean Shore Excursion, you are not required to obtain a shuttle bus ticket. Whether exploring on your own or on a Royal Caribbean Shore Excursion, please plan your visit ashore accordingly, as the entire shuttle process may add up to an hour roundtrip. Shuttle bus tickets are not required for your return back to the ship. The last shuttle bus back to the ship will be at 5:00 pm.

Lost and Found Please alert Guest Services if you have lost or misplaced any items prior to your departure. You can use www.chargerback.com to report lost items after you leave the ship.
