Children’s Personal Flotation Devices (PFD)

For the safety and wellbeing of children, children’s swimming pool personal flotation devices are available free of charge at the pool deck areas. Personal flotation devices (PFDs) are for use onboard the Navigator of the Seas and cannot be taken off the ship.

In compliance with our Youth Evacuation Plan, children will be given colored wristbands that correspond with their muster stations. In the event of an emergency, Youth Staff will escort all children participating in Adventure Ocean activities to their muster stations for reunification with their parents/guardians.

DROP OFF & PICK UP

For the safety and comfort of both you and your little adventurer, we kindly ask that only one parent/guardian drop off and collect the child(ren) each session. Please ensure that the person dropping off/picking up a child is a person on the authorised pick up list and that they are carrying their own seapass card. For safety and security, whilst in port, the person dropping off and/or collecting a child from Adventure Ocean, must be 18 years or above.

ROYAL BABIES & TOTS: 6 - 36 MONTHS

This is home-away-from-home for our littlest adventurers. A space where adventure, snack and nap time all come together. Our goal is to keep your little ones happy — free to explore and make new friends. Please note that fees apply. Bookings will be cancelled 15 minutes after the booking start time. SPLASHIN’ SAFETY

SAFETY 1-2-3

Parents, please ensure that your child wears the wristband that was especially placed for them in your stateroom and they continue to wear it for the duration of the cruise.

In the unlikely event of an emergency, proceed directly to your Muster Station. Adventure Ocean staff will meet you there with your child(ren).

BEHAVIOR POLICY

Inappropriate behavior will not be permitted during Adventure Ocean activities. Youth demonstrating such behavior will be issued up to two age-appropriate time-outs. Upon the third incident, a parental conference will take place and a potential dismissal from Adventure Ocean activities.

CURFEW

Adventurers under the age of 18 who are not accompanied by a parent or guardian have a curfew of 1:00 am, unless they’re participating in programs hosted by Adventure Ocean or Teen Staff.

SELF-SIGNERS

With parental consent, only 9 to 11 year olds have the oportunity to sign themselves in and out of the program while at sea. If your child is a self-signer, please make sure that they always carry their SeaPass card with them for safety and identification purposes. Children may not self sign whislt the ship is in port.

DIAPER POLICY

All children participating in Adventure Ocean activities must be at least 3 years old and be fully potty trained (with the exception of Royal Babies and Tots Nursery).

YOUTH SEAPASS CARD

If you wish to deactivate your child’s SeaPass®, please do so at the Guest Services Desk.

LATE PICK-UP POLICY

Please note the designated pick-up time for each activity. Guests will be charged a $1 late fee, per child starting at minute 16 after the completion of a scheduled Adventure Ocean program.

ONBOARD EXPENSE ACCOUNT

Setting Up Your Account

If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 5. Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cash. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App or on your Stateroom TV. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the last night of your cruise. A final statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. Guests on a cash account will need to settle their account at Guest Services prior to disembarking the ship.

Specialty Dining Reservations

Specialty dining reservations can be made through the Royal Caribbean App. You may also dial 7000 on your stateroom phone and select the restaurant you wish to dine in or visit the restaurant and make a reservation with the Maître d' outside. The Maître d' can also assist you, with making changes to your seating.

Room Service

Continental breakfast is complimentary. Both the All-Day Menu and American Breakfast will have a delivery fee of $7.95 plus an 18% gratuity for each order. To view the menu, visit the Royal App or browse on the TV in your stateroom. When you’re ready to order, dial 7000 from your stateroom phone.

How much are gratuities?

If not already pre-paid, a $16.00 gratuity ($18.50 for Suite guests) is added to each guest's onboard account daily to help recognize superior service from crew during your cruise. This gratuity is shared among dining & culinary services staff, stateroom attendants, and other hotel services teams working behind the scenes. In addition to daily gratuities, an 18% gratuity is automatically added to all beverages, mini bar items, specialty dining, and spa & salon purchases.

SPLASHIN’ SAFETY

For the safety and well-being of children, children’s swimming pool personal flotation devices are available free of charge at the pool deck areas. Personal flotation devices (PFDs) are for use onboard the Navigator of the Seas and cannot be taken off the ship.

SAFETY 1-2-3

Parents, please ensure that your child wears the wristband that was especially placed for them in your stateroom and they continue to wear it for the duration of the cruise.

In the unlikely event of an emergency, proceed directly to your Muster Station. Adventure Ocean staff will meet you there with your child(ren).

BEHAVIOR POLICY

Inappropriate behavior will not be permitted during Adventure Ocean activities. Youth demonstrating such behavior will be issued up to two age-appropriate time-outs. Upon the third incident, a parental conference will take place and a potential dismissal from Adventure Ocean activities.

CURFEW

Adventurers under the age of 18 who are not accompanied by a parent or guardian have a curfew of 1:00 am, unless they’re participating in programs hosted by Adventure Ocean or Teen Staff.

SELF-SIGNERS

With parental consent, only 9 to 11 year olds have the oportunity to sign themselves in and out of the program while at sea. If your child is a self-signer, please make sure that they always carry their SeaPass card with them for safety and identification purposes. Children may not self sign whislt the ship is in port.

DIAPER POLICY

All children participating in Adventure Ocean activities must be at least 3 years old and be fully potty trained (with the exception of Royal Babies and Tots Nursery).

YOUTH SEAPASS CARD

If you wish to deactivate your child’s SeaPass®, please do so at the Guest Services Desk.

LATE PICK-UP POLICY

Please note the designated pick-up time for each activity. Guests will be charged a $1 late fee, per child starting at minute 16 after the completion of a scheduled Adventure Ocean program.

ONBOARD EXPENSE ACCOUNT

Setting Up Your Account

If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 5. Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cash. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App or on your Stateroom TV. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the last night of your cruise. A final statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. Guests on a cash account will need to settle their account at Guest Services prior to disembarking the ship.

Specialty dining reservations can be made through the Royal Caribbean App. You may also dial 7000 on your stateroom phone and select the restaurant you wish to dine in or visit the restaurant and make a reservation with the Maître d' outside. Continental breakfast is complimentary. Both the All-Day Menu and American Breakfast will have a delivery fee of $7.95 plus an 18% gratuity for each order. To view the menu, visit the Royal App or browse on the TV in your stateroom. When you’re ready to order, dial 7000 from your stateroom phone.

How much are gratuities?

If not already pre-paid, a $16.00 gratuity ($18.50 for Suite guests) is added to each guest's onboard account daily to help recognize superior service from crew during your cruise. This gratuity is shared among dining & culinary services staff, stateroom attendants, and other hotel services teams working behind the scenes. In addition to daily gratuities, an 18% gratuity is automatically added to all beverages, mini bar items, specialty dining, and spa & salon purchases.

Whatever they‘ve dreamt up today, the sky’s the limit for our Aquanauts. Here, pirate ships and space shuttles are way more than make believe. Storytelling sparks their imagination — and that makes it real to them. The arts&crafts activities create endless opportunities for them to make some magic.

EXPLORERS & VOYAGERS: 6 - 11 YEARS OLDS

For Explorers & Voyagers, there’s no end to activities that engage young imagination. Like science experiments, including Space Mud, Get Buggy and Germ Jungle, arts and crafts with Adventure Art and much more!

SPLASHIN’ SAFETY

For the safety and well-being of children, children’s swimming pool personal flotation devices are available free of charge at the pool deck areas. Personal flotation devices (PFDs) are for use onboard the Navigator of the Seas and cannot be taken off the ship.

SAFETY 1-2-3

Parents, please ensure that your child wears the wristband that was especially placed for them in your stateroom and they continue to wear it for the duration of the cruise.

In the unlikely event of an emergency, proceed directly to your Muster Station. Adventure Ocean staff will meet you there with your child(ren).

BEHAVIOR POLICY

Inappropriate behavior will not be permitted during Adventure Ocean activities. Youth demonstrating such behavior will be issued up to two age-appropriate time-outs. Upon the third incident, a parental conference will take place and a potential dismissal from Adventure Ocean activities.

CURFEW

Adventurers under the age of 18 who are not accompanied by a parent or guardian have a curfew of 1:00 am, unless they’re participating in programs hosted by Adventure Ocean or Teen Staff.

SELF-SIGNERS

With parental consent, only 9 to 11 year olds have the oportunity to sign themselves in and out of the program while at sea. If your child is a self-signer, please make sure that they always carry their SeaPass card with them for safety and identification purposes. Children may not self sign whislt the ship is in port.

DIAPER POLICY

All children participating in Adventure Ocean activities must be at least 3 years old and be fully potty trained (with the exception of Royal Babies and Tots Nursery).

YOUTH SEAPASS CARD

If you wish to deactivate your child’s SeaPass®, please do so at the Guest Services Desk.

LATE PICK-UP POLICY

Please note the designated pick-up time for each activity. Guests will be charged a $1 late fee, per child starting at minute 16 after the completion of a scheduled Adventure Ocean program.

ONBOARD EXPENSE ACCOUNT

Setting Up Your Account

If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 5. Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cash. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App or on your Stateroom TV. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the last night of your cruise. A final statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. Guests on a cash account will need to settle their account at Guest Services prior to disembarking the ship.

Specialty Dining Reservations

Specialty dining reservations can be made through the Royal Caribbean App. You may also dial 7000 on your stateroom phone and select the restaurant you wish to dine in or visit the restaurant and make a reservation with the Maître d' outside. The Maître d' can also assist you, with making changes to your seating.

Room Service

Continental breakfast is complimentary. Both the All-Day Menu and American Breakfast will have a delivery fee of $7.95 plus an 18% gratuity for each order. To view the menu, visit the Royal App or browse on the TV in your stateroom. When you’re ready to order, dial 7000 from your stateroom phone.

DEPARTURE PROCESS

The evening before departure, you will receive the As You Depart flyer in your stateroom. The flyer details all the information you need to know for departure.

How to Purchase Internet Packages

Purchase Internet packages from your device! Simply connect to the shipboard Wi-Fi network WiFi-Guest-Navigator and open your web browser to view available packages for your sailing.

Trouble connecting? Ensure your device is in AIRPLANE MODE and turn your Wi-Fi ON and connect to WiFi-Guest-Navigator. On the pop-up, click “Access Internet" or type login.com in Your web browser. For additional assistance, visit our VOOM Internet Service Desk on Deck 5.

GRATUITIES

How much are gratuities?

If not already pre-paid, a $16.00 gratuity ($18.50 for Suite guests) is added to each guest's onboard account daily to help recognize superior service from crew during your cruise. This gratuity is shared among dining & culinary services staff, stateroom attendants, and other hotel services teams working behind the scenes. In addition to daily gratuities, an 18% gratuity is automatically added to all beverages, mini bar items, specialty dining, and spa & salon purchases.

Lost and Found

Please alert Guest Services prior to your departure if you have lost or misplaced any items during your cruise. You can use www.chargerback.com to report lost items after you leave the ship. All unreported items will be held for 30 days.
