Take A Towel And Dive Into Adventure

With your SeaPass card, you can check out as many towels needed after each new adventure. Make sure to bring your towels back when you’re done! A $25 replacement fee will be charged to your SeaPass card for each unreturned towel.

Ticketless Shore Excursions

No paper tickets are needed for your Perfect Day at CocoCay shore excursions. Just bring your SeaPass card and be ready to enjoy your adventure. Your meeting time and location are listed in the Royal Caribbean App.

Casino Redemption

Before the end of the cruise, redeem all of your casino chips, tokens or slot machine tickets. These items are not redeemable by mail, so be sure to visit the Cashiers Desk before you head home.

Wash Up and Watch Out!

To best prevent illnesses, wash your hands with soap and warm water after bathroom breaks and before eating. Feeling ill? Norovirus symptoms include upset stomach, vomiting and diarrhea. Should you experience any of these symptoms, contact our Medical Staff by dialing 51.

While we all love wildlife, please do not feed the seagulls. Sorry, no fishing or taking home any marine life as souvenirs.

Children’s Personal Flotation Devices (PFD)

For the safety and wellbeing of children, children’s swimming pool personal flotation devices are available free of charge at the pool deck areas. Personal flotation devices (PFDs) are for use onboard the Mariner of the Seas and cannot be taken off the ship.

Please be advised that while you are enjoying the sun and fun at CocoCay, that a 12% value added tax will be applied to all goods and services purchased on the island.

As You Depart

On departure morning, once your departure group is called, please proceed from either your stateroom before 8:00 am or departure lounge after 8:00 am. please verify the schedule on Channel 7.

Lost and Found

Please alert Guest Services if you have lost or misplaced any items prior to your departure. You can use www.chargerback.com to report lost items after you leave the ship. All items will be held for 30 days.
