After 3:30 pm your Stateroom Attendant will be glad to take care of any stateroom specific requests, such as your bed configuration. You may place your requests using the QR code placed in your stateroom.

SeaPass Account Hold Charge

You may notice a temporary hold on the credit card your SeaPass card is linked to. The hold is used to secure funds for anticipated onboard purchases and will be released at the end of the sailing once your final charges are settled.

Children’s Personal Flotation Devices (PFD)

For the safety and wellbeing of children, children’s swimming pool personal flotation devices are available free of charge at the pool deck areas. Personal flotation devices (PFDs) are for use onboard the Enchantment of the Seas and cannot be taken off the ship.

Safety 1-2-3

In compliance with our Youth Evacuation Plan, children will be given colored wristbands that correspond with their muster stations. In the event of an emergency, Youth Staff will escort all children participating in Adventure Ocean activities to their muster stations for reunification with their parents/guardians.

We’re Getting Ship Shape

In an effort to keep Enchantment of the Seas ship shape, we’ll be performing essential maintenance work on our Deck 9 Annex outside Windjammer during the voyage. This will be carried out during quieter times throughout the day, so any inconvenience will be kept to a minimum.
