Occasionally, animals may find their way onboard our ships. For your safety, if you encounter any animals onboard, it is prohibited to interact with or touch them. We ask that you please report any sightings or encounters to any of our Officers or Crew.

Smoking is allowed on Deck 5 Starboard Side, Deck 11 Starboard Side and the Casino, Deck 6 during opening hours in the designated area, for active players only. Electronic cigarettes or e-cigarettes are only permitted within the designated smoking areas.

Due to the high volume of luggage, we will happily deliver luggage until 6:00 pm tonight. If you accidentally packed any prohibited items or your bag was locked please proceed to Deck 1 midship after 4:00 pm to collect your luggage.

Please note that the luggage delivery is a lengthy process, which will be completed one hour after we set sail. If your luggage has not been placed outside your stateroom by this time, please contact Guest Services by dialing 0.

Assistive Listening System (ALS)

Guests may request and sign out Assistive Listening Systems (ALS) or Assistive Listening Devices (ALD) available at the Guest Services Desk.

You may notice a temporary hold of $99.75 on the credit card your SeaPass card is linked to. The hold is used to secure funds for anticipated onboard purchases and will be released at the end of the sailing once your final charges are settled.

Watch Out! Time Change

After 3:00 pm your Stateroom Attendant will be glad to take care of any stateroom specific requests, such as your bed configuration. You can also utilize the QR Code available in your stateroom for any housekeeping request.

This gratuity is shared among dining & culinary services sta, stateroom attendants, and other hotel services teams working behind the scenes. In addition to daily gratuities, an 18% gratuity is automatically added to all beverage, mini bar items, specialty dining, and spa & salon purchases.
