Tips for an Easy Departure

Here’s how to make your departure experience as seamless as possible. You can also check out channel 30 on your stateroom television for a video overview of this process.

We’ve implemented a more gradual flow for our departure process.

o Staterooms must be fully vacated no later than 8:00 am. After you’ve enjoyed breakfast, please head to your designated departure lounge until your departure number is announced or displayed on the ship’s digital screens.

o All guests have been assigned a specific departure group and time. We’ve done our best to schedule your departure at a convenient time for you. You will be notified of your departure time on channel 2 on your stateroom television until 8:00 am, and wayfinding maps and digital screens throughout the ship. This is where our schedule will be continually updated. We ask you to verify the schedule on the television prior to leaving your stateroom. You can also review your departure information via the Royal Caribbean App for a quick and easy experience.

o To avoid the large crowds and the long wait times, take advantage of our Self-Assist program (see details below) for airport transfer services. Royal Caribbean transfers will be available at the terminal to get you to the airport right on time. Book yours today with Guest Services by 12 noon the day before departure.

Paying by cash? All cash accounts must be settled tonight no later than 6pm. The credit card you provided at check-in will be automatically charged. Please make sure your card is active and has sufficient funds for your stay. Please note that wait times at the terminal will be longer for guests traveling with birth certificates instead of passports.

• There will be complimentary shuttles to Garage K. We encourage parties to only send the driver in the shuttle so they can retrieve their vehicle and pick up the rest of their party and luggage.

• Please note that wait times at the terminal will be longer for guests traveling with birth certificates instead of passports. Wheelchair assistance will be available starting at 7:45 am to 9:00 am. Meet at the boleros bar on deck 4 midship.

Please have the SeaPass® cards of all your companions ready to scan at the gangway when you leave the ship.

How do I close out my tab?

The credit card you provided at check-in will be automatically charged. Please make sure your card is active and has sufficient funds for your stay.

Paying by cash? All cash accounts must be settled tonight no later than 6pm.

There will be a hold when you link your credit card to your onboard account. The hold is used to secure funds for anticipated onboard purchases and will be released at the end of the sailing once your final charges are settled.
