You may notice a temporary hold of $99.75 on the credit card your SeaPass card is linked to. The hold is used to secure funds for anticipated onboard purchases and will be released at the end of the sailing once your final charges are settled.

SeaPass Card Cash Limit

The credit limit for cash SeaPass cards is $500. Once this limit is reached, the account will be deactivated. To reactivate, a cash deposit is needed or simply link a credit card. Visit Guest Services to learn more.

Luggage Delivery

Due to the high volume of luggage, we will happily deliver luggage until 7:00 pm tonight. If you accidentally packed any prohibited items please proceed to Guest Services after 7:00 pm to collect your luggage.

For the safety and wellbeing of children, children’s swimming pool personal flotation devices are available free of charge at the pool deck areas. Personal flotation devices (PFDs) are for use onboard the Brilliance of the Seas and cannot be taken off the ship.

Assistive Listening System (ALS)

Guests may request and sign out Assistive Listening Systems (ALS) or Assistive Listening Devices (ALD) available at the Guest Services Desk.

Personalized Services for Guests with Visual Disabilities

The Company provides personalized service to all guests with visual disabilities across the fleet, in compliance with the requirement of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and EU Regulation 1177/2010.

Safe Disposal of Medical Needles

Do you use medical needles? Keep others safe by discarding them properly. Please see your stateroom attendant to request a sharps container.

In compliance with our Youth Evacuation Plan, children will be given colored wristbands that correspond with their muster stations. Stephen Thomas has delighted audiences across the globe with his honest and pointed material for almost 25 years. His smash hit CD “Magic Wife Dust” is heard daily on all of the SiruisXM comedy channels, and he has appeared on multiple television shows both in the United States and abroad.

At just 17 years of age, Lou Gazzara made history as one of the youngest finalist ever to appear on American Idol. Lou Gazzara has spent every day of his waking life learning new ways to perfect his vocal technique and the ability to sing absolutely anything- the proper way.

Billy Prudhomme is a funny, talented, and charismatic Comedy Juggler. Actually, he’s always felt comfortable in front of an audience. However, he discovered his juggling talent during college in 1982. While shopping at a local mall, he bought a book on juggling. For the rest of his college days, juggling consumed most of his waking hours.

Four-time National Comic of the Year Adam Grabowski has performed nationwide and on America’s Got Talent, delivering hilarious stories and improve for a unique experience.

At just 17 years of age, Lou Gazzara made history as one of the youngest finalist ever to appear on American Idol. Lou Gazzara has spent every day of his waking life learning new ways to perfect his vocal technique and the ability to sing absolutely anything- the proper way.

Billy Prudhomme is a funny, talented, and charismatic Comedy Juggler. Actually, he’s always felt comfortable in front of an audience. However, he discovered his juggling talent during college in 1982. While shopping at a local mall, he bought a book on juggling. For the rest of his college days, juggling consumed most of his waking hours.

If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck . Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cash. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase. A final statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. Guests on a cash account will need to settle their account at Guest Services prior to disembarking the ship.

Getting Around in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island

The port of Charlottetown is within walking distance from Shops and Restaurants. The cruise terminal has a few small vendors and a small café. From the pier you easily get a taxi to go exploring and the taxis in PEI are regulated, so a ride will go from $ 6 to 9 CAD. When outside the port and in downtown Charlottetown, enjoy all the souvenir shops, artisans and boutiques available. You can start your walk at the Historic Waterford, then stroll to Queen Street and then down Victoria Row. While in town do not miss the opportunity to try the PEI seafood, which is known all over the world. The currency used is the CAD and credit cards are accepted in Restaurants and Shops. T3 Transit operates the public transit system in the capital region. The Transit fares are $2 per zone traveled.

Face to Face immigration inspection in Boston

We would like to inform you that upon arrival in Boston on September 28th, 2025, all guests are required to pass through a mandatory Customs and Immigration inspection and must be personally seen by a United States Immigration Officer. Billy Prudhomme is a funny, talented, and charismatic Comedy Juggler. Actually, he’s always felt comfortable in front of an audience. Getting Around in Sydney, Nova Scotia

The ship docks in Main Berth. To get into town and all the main sights, just walk when leaving the ship and follow the pleasant walk along the waterfront or Esplanade just behind. The easiest way to the main street of Charlotte Street is on the left on Dorchester Street. There are small shops and restaurants downtown on Charlotte St. and by the terminal. There is a small mall, the Sydney Shopping Centre, on the east end of Princes St. and a supermarket. Uber and Taxis are available in front of the port and cards or cash are accepted. The local buses are Transit Cape Breton can get you where you need to go in Downtown Sydney.

At just 17 years of age, Lou Gazzara made history as one of the youngest finalist ever to appear on American Idol. Lou Gazzara has spent every day of his waking life learning new ways to perfect his vocal technique and the ability to sing absolutely anything- the proper way.

Billy Prudhomme is a funny, talented, and charismatic Comedy Juggler. Actually, he’s always felt comfortable in front of an audience. However, he discovered his juggling talent during college in 1982. While shopping at a local mall, he bought a book on juggling. For the rest of his college days, juggling consumed most of his waking hours.

If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck . Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cash. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase. A final statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. Guests on a cash account will need to settle their account at Guest Services prior to disembarking the ship.

How much are gratuities?

$18.50 $21.00

If not already pre-paid, a $16.00 gratuity ($18.50 for Suite guests) is added to each guest's onboard account daily to help recognize superior service from crew during your cruise. This gratuity is shared among dining & culinary services staff, stateroom attendants, and other hotel services teams working behind the scenes. In addition to daily gratuities, an 18% gratuity is automatically added to all beverage, mini bar items, specialty dining, and spa & salon purchases.
