In compliance with our Youth Evacuation Plan, children will be given colored wristbands that correspond with their muster stations. In the event of an emergency, Youth Staff will escort all children participating in Adventure Ocean activities to their muster stations for reunification with their parents/guardians.

Shuttle service in Palma de Mallorca

Allure of the Seas will be docked at Port of Palma, Terminal 6 - Dique del Oeste. The distance into town is approximately 4 kilometers (2.5 miles). Guests are allowed to walk to the city, however the shuttle service provided by the local operator is recommended. The cost is €15 per person, round trip. Tickets are available at the terminal building directly with the operator. The ride takes approximately 25 minutes each way and runs every 15-20 minutes. Drop Off location is at Escollera in front of the Cathedral. The last bus to the ship will depart downtown an hour before all onboard time. Taxis as well as local buses are available outside the terminal building.

SeaPass Account

You may notice a temporary hold on the credit card your SeaPass card is linked to. The hold is used to secure funds for anticipated onboard purchases and will be released at the end of the sailing once your final charges are settled.

Allure of the Seas will be docked at The Grand Port Maritime of Marseille. The distance to town is approximately 6 kilometers (3.7 miles).

Guests are allowed to walk into town, however the shuttle service is highly recommended. The price is $20 per person round trip. You can purchase your shuttle ticket via the Royal Caribbean App or by visiting our Shore Excursions Desk on Deck 6 (It is recommended to purchase your shuttle ticket in advance prior to going ashore). The ride takes around 25-30 minutes and runs every 15-20 minutes from 9:30 am through 4:30 pm . The drop off point is in front of Cathedrale de la Major, downtown. Taxis as well as local bus is also available in front of the terminal building.

La Spezia is a working port which means walking is not allowed. Shuttle buses will be complimentary and available to bring you from the ship to the terminal building. The shuttle bus runs every 10 minutes until 7:30 pm and the ride is approximately 5 minutes in duration. The terminal building is located in the city center and within walking distance to town. Guests on a Shore Excursion, please refer to your tickets.

Allure of the Seas will be docked at Amerigo Vespucci - Pier N 12BN. There is a complimentary shuttle bus service available for your convenience. The drop off point is at the shuttle bus hub at ‘Largo della Pace’, which is 10 minutes walk from downtown Civitavecchia. Additionally, there is local bus from the pier to the train station provided by the port and not affiliated with Royal Caribbean International. The cost is €6 per person, one way. Wait time can be up to 30 minutes. Last shuttle bus back onboard is at 5:30 pm. *Please note taxis are limited and only accept euros.

Originally from New England, Gary got his start in comedy by winning the Funniest Professionals Competition at the world-famous Comedy Connection. His high energy, hysterical story-telling abilities are known from Maine to Las Vegas!

Originally from Ohio, Dan spent years working in clubs and corporate events before moving to LA where he has been tapped for his performing and writing skills. He’s recently finished his own pilot for NBC entitled Be Careful What You Wish For.

Setting Up Your Account

If you did not set up an account during Online Check -In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 5. Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cash. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App or on your Stateroom TV. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the last night of your cruise. A final statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. Guests on a cash account will need to settle their account at Guest Services prior to disembarking the ship.

Specialty Dining Reservations

Specialty dining reservations can be made through the Royal Caribbe an App. You may also dial 7000 on your stateroom phone and select the restaurant you wish to dine in or visit the restaurant and make a reservation with the Maître d' outside. The Maître d' can also assist you , with making changes to your seating.

Room Service

Continental breakfast is complimentary. Both the All-Day Menu and American Breakfast will have a delivery fee of $7.95 plus an 18% gratuity for each order. To view the menu, visit the Royal App or browse on the TV in your stateroom. When yo u’re ready to order, dial 7000 from your stateroom phone.

The evening before departure, you will receive the As You Depart flyer in your stateroom. The flyer details all the information you need to know for departure.

How to Purchase Internet Packages

Purchase Internet packages from your device! Simply connect to the shipboard Wi-Fi network WiFi-Guest-Navigator and open your web browser to view available packages for your sailing.

Trouble connecting? Ensure your device is in AIRPLANE MODE and turn your Wi-Fi ON and connect to WiFi -Guest-Navigator. On the pop-up, click “Access Internet" or type login.com in Your web browser. For additional assistance, visit our VOOM Internet Service Desk on Deck 5.

How much are gratuities?

If not already pre-paid, a $18.50 gratuity ($21.00 for Suite guests) is added to each guest's onboard account daily to help recognize superior service from crew during your cruise. This gratuity is shared among dining & culinary services sta ff, stateroom attendants, and other hotel services teams working behind the scenes. In addition to daily gratuities, an 18% gratuity is automatically added to all beverages, mini bar items, specialty dining, and spa & salon purchases.

Lost and Found

Please alert Guest Services prior to your departure if you have lost or misplaced any items during your cruise. You can use www.chargerback.com to report lost items after you leave the ship. All unreported items will be held for 30 days.
