To best prevent illnesses, wash your hands with soap and warm water after bathroom breaks and before eating. Feeling ill? Norovirus symptoms include upset stomach, vomiting and diarrhea. Should you experience any of these symptoms, contact our Medical Staff by dialing 1200.

What Time is It?

Cozumel is one hour ahead than the ship time. Although your phone may automatically adjust to local time, please ensure you are following ship time. You can manually adjust your phone if needed.

Smoking Policy in Mexico

Beginning January 15, 2023, Mexico has prohibited smoking in all public places. This includes popular tourist hotspots such as beaches, hotels, and parks. Please be mindful of the law during your visit.

Lost & Found

Please alert Guest Services if you have lost or misplaced any items prior to your departure. You can use www.chargerback.com to report lost items after you leave the ship. Lost and Found will hold items for 30 days.

Local Port Agriculture Regulations

Please note that local port regulations prohibit the addition or removal of agricultural items such as food, fruits, plants, flowers, sea shells, bulbs, and rocks to or from the ship.

Beverages and other Liquids

Please note that local security authorities will dispose of any liquids returning to the ship. Unopened liquor bottles will be stored onboard for safe keeping and returned to guests on the last day of the cruise.

Children’s Personal Flotation Devices (PFD)

For the safety and wellbeing of children, children’s swimming pool personal flotation devices are available free of charge at the pool deck areas. Personal flotation devices (PFDs) are for use onboard the Allure of the Seas and cannot be taken off the ship.
