It was a pleasure to see so many of you over the summer season; we hope that you’ve made some wonderful memories – we certainly have!

We’re now busy planning for the winter season and although the daylight hours are getting shorter, we’ve still got plenty planned for you. This issue features our summer highlights, new owner events, the autumn and winter menu and lots more we’re excited to tell you about – read on to find out more!

Our next listening session will be in spring 2026 – we’ll be in touch with a confirmed date in the new year.

It happened at Hoburne…

Holidays at Hoburne are all about making memories, and we want to offer you the chance to share your most treasured ones.

Perhaps you met that special someone in your life at one of our parks. Maybe you come back again and again, because your Hoburne holiday home is your little slice of heaven. It could be just one special summer’s evening, a hand held on the beach or a friend you’ve never forgotten but would love to reconnect with.

Just let us know by emailing maddie.fs@hoburne.com with a few brief details and your contact information. If your story is then chosen, you will be contacted in advance and could soon be featured on our website and one of our regular owner and guest marketing communications.

Park updates

Managed Letting Scheme

We have an exciting announcement! In the next few weeks, we will be sharing some changes to our managed letting scheme, including a rolling contract and a price freeze on the cost of cleaning and linen. In the meantime, if you are interested in joining the managed letting scheme for 2026, please email Bee, our Guest and Owner Experience Manager, at: bethany.conyers@hoburne. com for more information.

Help us save water

If you notice any water leaks around the park, or the land around your holiday home is wet when everywhere else is dry, please notify reception. If you have a leaking tap or a constantly running toilet, we will fix it for you free of charge. And if a new tap or toilet is needed, we will not charge you for the team’s time to change this.

£250 Park Credit

We will be offering a £250 park credit to all owners’ who have no outstanding rent ledger debt on 14th December 2025 in respect of all charges (including utilities). Your account needs to show a balance of zero (or be in credit) by close of play, 14th December 2025. Your balance can be checked on the Hoburne Owners’ app.

Get winter ready

New maintenance packages for winter are now live for owners’ to prepare for the cooler months. Enquire with the ownership team for more details.

Keep an eye out for our upcoming Annual Owners’ Survey to have your say. We truly appreciate all of our owners feedback and strive to make your experience with us as hassle-free as possible.

Team news

Welcome to Callum Young

Callum has joined us for the season and comes to us with a wealth of experience, after being the General Manager at Brokerswood Holiday Park in Wiltshire.. Callum has taken on the role as Duty Manager so he’s looking forward to meeting the owners’ and working with the team.

Food and Beverage team promotion

We’re delighted to share the great news that Martha has been promoted to Team Leader within our Food and Beverage Team. Martha has been a valued member of the team for the past three years, and we look forward to supporting her as she continues to grow in her career.

Facility Passes

In the coming weeks we will be sending out instructions for all our owners’ to update their facility passes. They expire at the end of November 2025. We will require a fresh list of pass holders from you, so please start thinking about who you would like to issue passes to when we send out the new forms.

Takeaway & Collect Now Available

You can now pre-order food from our restaurant to pick up at a timeslot of your choice! Simply download our Hoburne Food app and click ‘Place takeaway order to collect’ and choose from our delicious range of dishes.

Join us for our ever-popular annual firework night. This year, we will have activities on all day from 10am until the fireworks start at 7:30pm. Event is free, parking charge of £10 per car will apply.

Festive Menu 2025

Our festive menu for 2025 is now available to view on our website! Get three courses for just £27.95 or £14.95 for kids. Examples from the new festive menu include Wild Boar with Plum Pate and Roasted Aubergine ‘Baba Ganoug’, which is vegan-friendly.

Our new autumn menu launched in early October. With new dishes including Slow Cooked Venison Ragu, Vegan Tofu Finger Sandwich, Apple, Pear and Cranberry Crumble, and Chocolate and Toffee Trillionaire’s Tart (which is also vegan-friendly!).
