It was a pleasure to see so many of you over the summer season; we hope that you’ve made some wonderful memories – we certainly have!

We’re now busy planning for the winter season and although the daylight hours are getting shorter, we’ve still got plenty planned for you. This issue features our summer highlights, new owner events, the autumn and winter menu and lots more we’re excited to tell you about – read on to find out more!

It happened at Hoburne…

Holidays at Hoburne are all about making memories, and we want to offer you the chance to share your most treasured ones.

Perhaps you met that special someone in your life at one of our parks. Maybe you come back again and again, because your Hoburne holiday home is your little slice of heaven. It could be just one special summer’s evening, a hand held on the beach or a friend you’ve never forgotten but would love to reconnect with.

Just let us know by emailing maddie.fs@hoburne.com with a few brief details and your contact information. If your story is then chosen, you will be contacted in advance and could soon be featured on our website and one of our regular owner and guest marketing communications.

Park updates

Leisure Update

We are running a C.P.R. course on Monday 3rd November, and a chance to meet the Leisure Team on Monday 10th November.

We have a new entry code for the fitness suites, please check in with the team for your new code and remember that gym inductions can be booked either directly at the leisure reception or through your online account. Please also keep us updated with any health changes so we can support your safety during workouts.

Our studio classes are thriving and continue to grow in popularity—if you’re unable to attend a booked session, we kindly ask that you cancel your spot so another member can enjoy the class.

Managed Letting Scheme

We have an exciting announcement! In the next few weeks, we will be sharing some changes to our managed letting scheme, including a rolling contract and a price freeze on the cost of cleaning and linen. In the meantime, if you are interested in joining the managed letting scheme for 2026, please email Sam, our Guest and Owner Experience Manager, at: samantha.dewar@hoburne.com for more information.

Keep an eye out for our upcoming Annual Owners’ Survey to have your say. We truly appreciate all of our owners feedback and strive to make your experience with us as hassle-free as possible.

Get winter ready

New maintenance packages for winter are now live for owners to prepare for the cooler months. Enquire with the Ownership Team for more details.

£250 Park Credit

We will be offering a £250 park credit to all owners who have no outstanding rent ledger balance on 14th December 2025 in respect of all charges (including utilities). Your account needs to be at zero (or in credit) to qualify for this offer at the end of the day on the 14th December 2025. Your balance can be checked on the Hoburne Owners’ app.

Meet the Team Sessions

Last month, we were delighted to host a series of “Meet the Team” sessions with our Grounds & Maintenance Team and our Guest & Owner Experience Team. These events give owners the chance to put faces to names and get to know the people who help keep everything running smoothly. We’re excited to share that these sessions will be continuing on a regular basis, so keep an eye out for future dates!

Looking ahead, we’d love for you to join us on Thursday 4th December, 11am - 12pm, for a mince pie and coffee morning with our heads of departments – a perfect opportunity to enjoy some festive treats and friendly conversation.

Takeaway & Collect Now Available

You can now pre-order food from our restaurant to pick up at a timeslot of your choice! Simply download our Hoburne Food app and click ‘Place takeaway order to collect’ and choose from our delicious range of dishes.

Owner events

Summer fun…

Over the past few months, we have enjoyed a fantastic line-up of events, starting with our sunny Party in the Park to kick off the summer holidays – filled with music, laughter, and a brilliant community spirit.

We also ventured out on a wonderful Wine & Steam trip to Raimes Vineyard and a ride on the Watercress Line and celebrated National Dog Day with a scenic walk at Highcliffe Castle, rounded off with coffee and cake. In August, we hosted a fantastic Live Outdoor Cooking Experience, where everyone enjoyed a delicious paella fresh from the pan! It was a wonderful afternoon of great food and good company, and we’re already looking forward to hosting more of these tasty events in the future.

Our festive menu for 2025 is now available to view on our website! Get three courses for just £27.95 or £14.95 for kids. Examples from the new festive menu include Wild Boar with Plum Pate and Roasted Aubergine ‘Baba Ganoug’, which is vegan-friendly.
