Itʼs with this emotion that I created Suomy!

It embodies the extreme search for safety that considers homologation standards as the starting point - not the destination.

For me, itʼs not enough to build the finest helmets in the world, but to extend far beyond the norm, the typical.

This is why I have chosen to develop and use such proprietary technologies as Structurally Enhanced Composites, Dynamically Variable Resistant EPS liners, Alcantara anti-bacterial, anti-microbial liners.

This Passion is developed from our Team-work with some of the very best racers in the world, assisting in the testing and developing of our helmets in extreme conditions on the tracks.

Itʼs found in our choice to use thermoformed visors that unsurpassed optical performance, are anti-scratch and anti-fog.

Itʼs found in our creation of titanium treated visors, our unprecedented attention to detail in our graphics.

And to be the official supplier to such brands as Ducati, Honda, Yamaha, KTM, Prada, Aprilia and more…

But this passion goes far beyond technology, the same technology that perhaps any Japanese manufacturer could achieve.

This Passion is developed from our Team-work with some of the very best racers in the world, assisting in the testing and developing of our helmets in extreme conditions on the tracks.

It’s found in our choice to use thermoformed visors that unsurpassed optical performance, are anti-scratch and anti-fog.

It’s found in our creation of titanium treated visors, our unprecedented attention to detail in our graphics.

And to be the official supplier to such brands as Ducati, Honda, Yamaha, KTM, Prada, Aprilia and more…

fitting suomy boots ★ Carefully read the following instructions to avoid damaging the quick open/close device, the zippers and the other devices on the SUOMY boots.

1. Open the zipper’s protective flap by unfastening the Velcro parts.

2. To assure a correct and safe fit, verify that the Velcro protection and the closing zipper are completely open. Only for the EXTREME model, before performing the operation indicated above, unfasten the micrometric adjustment system.

3. Slide the foot in the boot and then bend leg forward to allow the foot to take on the most natural position possible.

4. After inserting and fixing the foot inside the boot, close the zipper without pulling too much, because you could damage the zipper, thus affecting its functionality. Close the Velcro protection flap.

RISK/PROTECTION LEVELS These boots provide protection against adverse environmental conditions without weakening the rider’s skill ability in maintaining full control and foot command of the motorcycle. They also provide a certain degree of mechanical protection against foot and malleolus impact in case of accidents.

It is possible to wear other I.P.D. individual protective devices together with the footwear in order to further increase protection on specific parts of the body, for example, shin guards can be worn for better protection of that area. ★ WARNING: NO BOOT CAN GUARANTEE TOTAL SAFETY! PERFORMANCE Lab test results confirm that this boot satisfies all the standard requisites required by EN 13634/02 except for the transversal rigidity of the sole that it is not part of the requirements indicated in the standard needed to enhance the flexibility of the boot.

PROPER USE To be used by motorcyclists for sports purposes (training and professional use) and for general street/road use.

USE RESTRICTIONS Boots and garments incorrectly used, in poor condition, wrong size, worn out or defective may increase risk of injuries.

All footwear responds to security standards only if correctly worn and in perfect condition. It is the rider’s responsibility to care for the boots and to eventually replace boots that have been damaged, deformed or excessively used.

It is the rider’s responsibility to wear appropriate boots according to the type of use and riding style and to make sure that all fastening systems (velcro, zippers, strings, straps, etc.) are correctly regulated and assure proper fitting.

Changes in weather conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.) may reduce the boot’s performance. ★ SUOMY S.P.A. is not responsible for damage or injuries caused by inappropriate use of its products.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE Do not use chemicals such as solvents, petrol, abrasive cleansers, or alcohol. Please follow suggestions found on hangtag.
