MASS PREPS Team Is Young, But Has Some Experience

This year’s Mass Preps entry will be on the young side again, with six freshmen and five sophomores on the roster. Despite the youth, the team will have plenty of experience, as eight players return from last summer’s club.
Jenelle Ries from Brooks School has again put this team together and will be behind the bench.
The team’s lone two seniors will be in the forward lines, and the pair, Zoe Tow and Kaylen Taddia, both are HNIB Showcase veterans and play their winter hockey at the Winchendon School.

pair of Brooks products that will be relied on offensively, both returning to the Mass. Preps roster.
Sophomore Bella Hacker is ready to have a big winter season at Brooks, as is fellow sophomore Rowan Kennedy, who hails from Colorado. A new freshman at Brooks for the coming season is Isabella Mondolfi, who should step right in.
Junior Kate Nixon is another returner and brings her talents from Phillips Exeter. Two freshmen ready to make a splash in the prep ranks this winter are St. Paul’s School’s Maude Niemann and BB&N’s Isabella King.
On the blue line, the strong program at CushingAcademy is represented by a pair of its up-and-comers in sophomore Abby Monette and freshman Kenzley Goode.
Junior Morgan Rochefort of Brooks is back and will provide leadership in the defensive zone. Brooks sophomore Kylie Correa is back as well, while a third member of the defense crew from Brooks is sophomore Ella Finegold.
Tabor Academy freshman Peyton Wolfe should pay immediate dividends.
Two goalies from Brooks will be in charge of the netminding duties in junior Eleanor Rogers, another Mass Preps returner, and freshman Kyleigh Matola.
