TIPS FROM THE PROS AT GEORGIA GOLF PERFORMANCE You can’t fight the laws of ball flight. The result of your swing path and the face angle at contact is going to determine how your golf ball behaves. The good news is that improving the face angle relationship to the target line has a much bigger impact on how wide you finish from the target than you expect (especially with the driver).

GEORGIA GOLF PERFORMANCE ADULT INSTRUCTION Our GGP instructors are here to help players of all skill levels to improve their games and lower their scores. We create an individualized improvement plan to accomplish your golfing goals and personalize your practice routine to accelerate your golfing goal. To book your coaching session go to GeorgiaGolfPerformance. com or call us at 770-345-5557.

ADULT GROUP CLASSES Beginner and Senior Clinics These classes are for anyone new or inexperienced looking to gain knowledge in the game of golf, in a fun and relaxed setting. Ladies Golf Classes Ladies, would you like to hit the ball further, make more putts and be able to chip the ball closer to the hole? We will help you become a more complete player! Whether you are just beginning or trying to improve, these clinics will focus on the fundamentals that will allow you to have more fun on the course. For current class schedules go to GeorgiaGolfPerformance.com Call us at 770-345-5557 or email info@georgiagolfperformance.com

Thirty-five yards further - What a difference we can make. Let’s create more great experiences for you. Let’s create greater thrills and better walks. Let’s have a look at your tee-shot efficiency: your impact position and consistency, and your launch conditions created. Although an LPGA Professional is swinging their driver at the same speed as one of our regular golfers, they’re going 35 yards further. They’re creating 2.64 yards for every mph of swing speed, while our regular golfers are only generating 2.29 yards per mph. That translates into a different experience on the golf course. The next time you play, if you’ve hit a good tee shot, after you’ve hit your 2nd, walk 35 yards further and stop. What would your 2nd have looked like from there? How would you feel about that approach shot?

Go for the experience. For our regular golfers, we’re less interested in your scorecard or handicap, and much more interested in your experience and enjoyment playing the game. Finding more fairways, and going 35 yards further would be a lot of experience and enjoyment. Let’s go for that! Book a Lesson with us at GeorgiaGolfPerformance.com.

Need a Gift for your favorite golfer? Consider a gift of a golf lesson at Georgia Golf Performance. Our talented instructors are here for you at BridgeMill or Towne Lake Hills. Call us at 770-345-5557 or email info@georgiagolfperformance.com PAGE 20 | OCTOBER 2021

EXCEL JUNIOR TENNIS ACADEMY The junior program at BridgeMill is designed to meet the needs of all our junior players starting at age 5 and up and recreational to advanced tournament players. The goal of our program is to instill a love for the game of tennis in our youth. We encourage and foster a healthy, active lifestyle that players carry with them throughout their lives. Our program is divided into categories based on ability and age. All programs focus on proper stroke development, footwork, fitness, strategy and mental toughness at an age and level appropriate manner. Contact the Tennis Shop for class schedule updates, available space and to sign up.

EXCEL FUTURE STARS DEVELOPMENT GROUPS 4-6 YEARS – This group is for our youngest

EXCEL ACADEMY The Academy group is for players with some tennis experience to advanced players, ages & up, who are committed to improving their game. The Head Coach of the academy is Jennifer Pourchier who is also the Head Coach for the Reinhardt University tennis teams. One unique benefit of this is that Academy players often get to hit and train with the college players! Players are divided by ability level and age. Drills focus on proper stroke technique, footwork, fitness, strategy, and mental toughness. The group meets Monday and/or Wednesday from 5:00-7:00 pm. This program runs throughout the school year, but new players can be added anytime if space available

juniors with little or no tennis experience. Our goal in the program is to help children learn and enjoy the game of tennis while improving their overall athletic skills. We focus on basic motor skills like throwing, catching, running, and jumping but also learn fundamental racket skills.
