You will be notified about the Rules & Regulations of this Program and we will contact when your Access Card is in. One complimentary card per membership, $20 each additional card.

Glass is not permitted.

Scooters, bicycles, strollers, skateboards, skates, chairs, vehicles, or similar equipment are not permitted on the basketball courts.

Our system of study is comprised of primarily Chinese Kenpo and Emperado Method Kajukenbo with influence from the other styles such as Vee Jitsu, Judo, Jujitsu, and Kung Fu. What is Pickle Ball and how do you play it? Pickleball was invented in the mid -1960s as a children's backyard pastime. It is a paddle sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. Two or four players use solid paddles made of wood or composite materials to hit a perforated polymer ball, similar to a Wiffle Ball, over a net. The sport shares features of other racquet sports, the dimensions and layout of a badminton court, and a net and rules similar to tennis, with several modifications.

The courts are in high demand so one person per court, whether from a team or individual reservation, should check in with the Pro Shop prior to their reserved court time to verify their court usage and pay any guest fees. The staff also will be able to let you know if there have been any changes to your court number at this time.

The tennis courts are for BridgeMill Athletic Club members and their guests only.

Accompanied guest fees are $10.00 per person. Athletic members and their guests are also required to pay the $10.00 per person court fee. Court fees should be paid before play.

Unaccompanied guests are not allowed to use the tennis courts.

BRIDGEMILL SIXES SERVICE LEAGUE (BSSL) has been busy with fundraisers, playing bunco and planning a golf tournament! Sound like fun? Join us! We meet the third Thursday of every month at 7pm for a social then a business meeting, Please come as our guest in May. FRIDAY MARCH 15TH was our very popular Bunco event to raise money for local charities. We had a full house and everyone had a great time eating and socializing followed by competitive bunco with lots of laughter and cheer. See photos on the next page showing winners (and losers) proudly accepting their prizes and congrats from team members.

FRIDAY APRIL 26TH was the annual Relay for Life at E.T. Booth Middle School. BSSL was proudly represented by the Fortune Tellers based on this year’s theme of Carnival.

Judy West and her competent group of ladies had a very hard time choosing the two recipients of this prestigious award.

Our club is honored to give out two $1000 scholarships to two seniors of any high school in Cherokee County. This scholarship is based on community service. The winners and their photos will be in our June article.
