Celebrate Father’s Day weekend and join us at the Highlands Grill for a night of whiskey tasting and exotic meats. Start the night off with four high-end whiskeys while you enjoy a beautiful charcuterie board, prepared by Chef Jason. Afterward, we move to the dining room, for a delicious four-course meal featuring wild and exotic game.

The main course will feature locally grown Carrell Farms Water Buffalo, from Monroe, GA. The farmers, Dave and Shalley Carrell, will be on hand to talk about their farm and sustainable raising techniques. They even ship directly to the customer!

DINNER MENU Amuse-Bouche – Charcuterie Board during whiskey tasting Appetizer – Wild Boar Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms Salad – Quail Egg, Pear, and Walnut over fresh Arugula with housemade vinaigrette Main Course Option 1 – Carrell Farms Water Buffalo Osso Bucco with garlic mashed potatoes and roasted tri-color carrots Option 2 – Cornbread Dressing Stuffed Quail with pan gravy, summer succotash and sauteed greens Housemade Dessert $75 – Whiskey Flight & Dinner $50 – Dinner only
