PARK & PLAYGROUND RULES AND SAFETY GUIDELINES Rules and Guidelines for this area include the Park Pavilion, open field, volleyball courts, basketball courts, and playground.

• Parks and Playground areas are private Club property Members & Accompanied Guests are welcome.

• Parks and Playground areas close at Dark.

• Members are responsible for their child’s safety at all times.

• Adult supervision is required for all children under 12.

• Pets are not permitted in any sand areas. All pets must remain on-leash while on BridgeMill property.

• No bikes, skateboards, skates, etc. permitted under the Pavilion.

• Do not use sidewalk chalk underneath the Park Pavilion.

• No food and beverage is allowed on the basketball and volleyball courts except in plastic sports bottles.

• Baseballs, softballs and bats are not permitted in the park/playground area, including the open field.

• No profanity is allowed.

• No running up the slides.

• The infant swings are for small children assisted by an adult.

• No sitting, walking or standing on the horizontal ladders.

• Do not jump out of swings.

• Keep small children away from the large children swings.

• Do not throw sand.

• No sitting or climbing on top of the slide towers.

• No hanging on the basketball rims.

• Glass is not permitted.

• Scooters, bicycles, strollers, skateboards, skates, chairs, vehicles, or similar equipment are not permitted on the basketball courts.

• BridgeMill's Park and surrounding areas are smoke-free.

• All trash must be disposed of in proper containers.

Members interested in obtaining a 24-hour access card may do so by calling or coming to the Business Office (M-F/9-5) and signing up for one. Cards are issued on a weekly basis and we will alert you when your card is ready.

Members will be notified about the Rules & Regulations of this Program. One complimentary card per membership, $20 each additional card.

This functional fitness program is designed by the National Institute on Aging and focuses on fitting exercise and physical activity in to daily living. It is for any Active Aging Adult who is currently exercising or in need of a guide to get moving or be more active. LaBlast is a ballroom dance inspired dance fitness program created by Louis Von Amstel - former Dancing with the Stars pro and world champion. It is partner-free and accessible for all levels of participants. You can be a seasoned ballroom dancer or an absolute newbie.

After Free Class offering expires... all class fees are $3 per class or $32 per month (must be paid at the first of the month). Fees may be charged to your Member account.

TEEN INDEPENDENT EXERCISE PROGRAM Saturday, June 20th at 10:00am This is a free introduction to the cardio/weight room class. It is taught by a certified personal trainer and appropriate for all teens ages 13 and up. This class is mandatory for all 13 and 14 years who want to exercise independently in the cardio/weight room only.

PILATES TRY YOUR 1ST CLASS FREE! The Pilates workout utilizes a spring and pulley resistance system along with bodyweight movements to provide a challenging workout that builds core strength, endurance, coordination while improving flexibility and balance. The Featherstone’s family would like to thank you for your continued support during this time.

The safety, health, and well-being of our staff and our guests have always been the absolute top priority. We are happy to announce that in accordance with the Governor’s ‘Reviving a Healthy Georgia’ order, our Featherstone’s Grille dining room will open Thursday, May 21st for dining!

During the time the dining room has been closed, our staff has been working very hard training on the new guidelines and completing detailed cleanings and sanitizing the entire facility. While you will notice some necessary changes, the great food and great service you have come to know will remain the same.

DINERS • We have limited our dining capacity to less than 50% in order to keep a minimum of 6 feet between tables. No more than ten (10) patrons will be allowed per 300 square feet of public space.

• There is currently no bar seating available • Dining parties are limited to 10 people or less STAFF • Any staff member who is exhibiting signs of illness will not report to work • We have taken the extra step of requiring a temporal temperature check for all staff members during a pre-work screening • All staff members are required to wear face coverings and gloves • Servers will bring the food or beverages to the table and step away; no lingering DINING ROOM • Disposable menus will be used for the safety of all • We will be using rolled silverware and eliminate table presets • Between reservations, we will clean and sanitize table condiments, check presenters, tabletops, and commonly touched areas, as well as discard single-use items As we move forward together, we will be testing new hours of operation designed to better serve you. At the time of publication im mid-May, we had just released the following schedule.

IMPORTANT FRIENDLY REMINDER Please check in with the Pro Shop Attendant prior to play. The courts are in high demand so one person per court, whether from a team or individual reservation, should check in with the Pro Shop prior to their reserved court time to verify their court usage and pay any guest fees. The staff also will be able to let you know if there have been any changes to your court number at this time.

The tennis courts are for BridgeMill Athletic Club members and their guests only. Accompanied guest fees are $10.00 per person. Athletic members and their guests are also required to pay the $10.00 per person court fee. Court fees should be paid before play. Unaccompanied guests are not allowed to use the tennis courts.

JUNIOR TENNIS PROGRAM The junior program at BridgeMill is designed to meet the needs of all our junior players starting at age 5 and up and recreational to advanced tournament players.

The goal of our program is to instill a love for the game of tennis in our youth.

We encourage and foster a healthy, active lifestyle that players carry with them throughout their lives. Our program is divided into categories based on ability and age. All programs focus on proper stroke development, footwork, fitness, strategy and mental toughness at an age and level appropriate manner. EXCEL FUTURE STARS SUMMER DEVELOPMENT GROUPS 5-6 years – This group is for our youngest juniors with little or no tennis experience. Our goal in the program is to help children learn and enjoy the game of tennis while improving their overall athletic skills. We focus on basic motor skills like throwing, catching, running and jumping but also learn fundamental racket skills.

BALL RECYCLING Instead of launching your used or bad tennis balls out of the court please drop them off at the Pro Shop or leave them on the tray by the scorekeepers to be recycled. Old tennis balls have a multitude of uses after their tennis life has expired.

Teachers, boaters & dog lovers are always calling us for old tennis balls. Plus, tennis balls do not disintegrate into the ground so to be kind to the earth please help us recycle tennis balls.
