Using the Online Fact Find

Client Fact Find

As we continue in these times of COVID-19, things are apparently getting a little trickier, but we have technology to make our lives that bit more easier when things like these happen.

First thing is to click on the Advice Process Tab ( it does not matter, which stage of the application you have got to with your client you can send them out the fact find anytime)

Just a reminder for all that, if you cannot go to see your clients you can get them to fill out the Fact Find Online, which they can do in their home or on their chosen smart device/ laptop/desktop.

To help you we have put together a series of screenshots to show you how to send over a Fact Find to your clients, but a couple of things to take into consideration before doing this.

1. Making sure that the customer has access to internet.

2. Making sure that as an advisor you have taken the correct contact number and email address for your client, as when sending the Fact Find to the client, they will receive a text message with a unique code and an email link.

Once the “Advice Process” Tab, you just need to then click on “Send Invite”

Once that’s done you will get this screen appear, now depending on if you have the client portal or not, this will determine the options you get. We will select the “Direct Invite” link option.

This is the next screen that will appear, where you will add in any details that are needed (this section, would normally be pre-populated for you).

Once you client has received the link they can fill out the fact find and send it back to you.

Anything they fill out will be shown on your side of the fact find once received.

Please Note - the client does not have to fill out the whole fact find to send it back to yourself and you can specify the sections they need to fill out.
