KPI REPORT Within 360 Office, under the ‘Reports’ tab you will find there is a new report available called the ‘KPI Report’, under the ‘Business Reports’ sub-category. You can generate this report in the same way as all other reports, i.e. selecting a date range and an adviser/group to run the report against:

The primary function of the new report is to offer advanced reporting capabilities for Mortgage, Life, Income Protection and General Insurance sale data, including a more comprehensive lender/provider spread, breakdowns of the number of policies placed with a certain lender/provider, replacement policies, high risk mortgages and much more. Please note, this report is only available to run within the 360 Office module.

FACTFIND CHANGES There are several changes to the income page and new sections have been added.

You now have the option of a ‘Deductions’ section, which allows you to record standard salary deductions such as student loan payments, childcare vouchers and pension contributions. This relates to employed clients.

SELF-EMPLOYMENT INCOME The Self-Employed Income section has been given a new look and feel, by breaking down the fields and grouping similar ones under relevant headings.

In addition, you can now segregate the company accounts from your client’s personal income, so these may be recorded individually:

As usual, gross income will be mapped to sourcing and net income will be passed through to the budget planner.

You will also notice the fields available change depending on the ‘Business Type’ you select. For example, if you record your client as a ‘Sole Trader’, the personal income section is removed, and you are left with only the relevant fields for this trading style.

Fields referring to additional parties; such as remaining shares, how do you pay yourself, and relationship to business partners, have also been removed when this ‘Business Type’ is selected, to condense this area and make it easier to enter only the required information.

CHANGES TO THE BUDGET PLANNER You can now manually edit your client’s income directly within the Budget Planner, so you can override the figure that pre-populates from the income tab should you wish. If this figure is amended, this will be visible when you re-visit your Budget Planner tab with the presence of the below icon:

Please note- amendments made to your client’s income via the Budget Planner tab will not automatically override the figures entered into the Income tab.

You can also add/remove additional income rows should this be required:

In addition to the above, we have improved the ‘Update Values’ functionality. You can now configure which fields you want to update when clicking the icon, meaning if you make an amendment to a value elsewhere in the Fact Find, you can chose to trigger this to update without impacting any of the other fields you have amended directly within the Budget Planner.

E.g. with the below, once pressing ‘OK’ the system would only pull through updated values for the client’s rent and ongoing credit commitments. Anything else manually amended will not be overridden:

The system will automatically tick any fields it knows an amendment has been made on for you.
