Gifted Gateway Issue No.21

The 21st issue of Gifted Gateway has been released with contents covering the Seasonal Schedule for Student Programme Application (2020/21), and the Forthcoming Student Programmes and Events in March to May 2021.

We hope this quarterly e-newsletter can facilitate student members’ application for our programmes.

Forthcoming Student Programmes and Events in March to May 2021 Programmes with Screening or First-come-first-served Programmes Programmes with Screening: There are different screening methods for these programmes, for example, online screening questions, written tests or other screening methods. 

Student members are selected based on their performance in the screening. For details, please refer to the programme information.



If there is a time clash between the programme(s) being applied for and other programme(s) which the applicant has been admitted to, we will consider if the application will be accepted.



Student members should avoid applying for programmes with time clashes to each other.



The decision of the HKAGE on the result of selection should be final.

Forthcoming Student Programmes and Events in March to May 2021 Programmes with No Screening There are no screening questions, written tests or other screening methods for this type of programmes. ⚫

Student members may select up to 5 programmes from the list below. They have to state the priority for each choice when submitting the application. (1st priority, 2nd priority, 3rd priority, etc.)

The application can only be submitted once. After submission of the application, the programme selection and the priority cannot be changed.

⚫

If a student member removes a programme from his/her application before the application deadline, the choice priority will remain unchanged. (For example: A student has selected three programmes and removed the choice of 1st priority from the application. The choices of 2nd and 3rd priority will remain unchanged with no promotion in priority).

⚫

Selection of students will be based on their choice of priorities and a randomly generated selection by the computer system. If there is a time clash between the applied programme(s) and other programme(s) which the applicant has been admitted to, we will consider if the application will be accepted.

Student members should avoid applying for programmes with time clashes to each other.
