Arinze Inya-Agha has over 29 years of program/construction management and construction program administration experience. Currently he is a Systems and Reporting Manager for the $11 Billion ATLNext Capital Development Program. His responsibilities include setting up of business processes for multiple functional groups and ensuring that the coding and structuring of all applications are consistent with the methodology defined for the program. Arinze also has a BS in Structural Engineering.

David Pino is a Director of Project Management for H. J. Russell He has over 47 years of engineering and project management experience. He currently manages the parking experience for the $11 Billion ATLNext Capital Development Program for Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. This includes overseeing the Plane Train Expansion and all parking construction and maintenance for five parking decks, with a minimum of four stories and maximum of seven stories.

Anthony Quick is a Senior Cost and Schedule Specialist with over 20 years of experience managing construction projects in different sectors. He has extensive experience managing teams with a focus on CPM scheduling, cost engineering and earned value management. Some of his highlighted projects include managing Program Controls on the $11B ATLNext Capital Development Program at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, Project Controls on a R$2.6B ($500M) International Pulp & Paper Mill Project in Tres Barras, SC, Brazil, and the Project Manager on a $33M Southern Company Wet Flue Gas Desulfurization Project at Plant Bowen in Cartersville, GA.

With thirteen years of professional and project management experience in the construction and aviation industry, valued at over $1 billion, Trevor Lee brings tremendous value to the team. He is currently serving as the Project Manager on the ATLNext Concourse D Widening Project for HartsfieldJackson Atlanta International Airport. He manages the budget, change management process, schedule, coordination with stakeholders, and managing a team of Resident Engineers, Inspectors, QC managers, and Office Engineers. The project is a CMR delivery with an anticipated budget including both hard and soft cost of $1.4 billion.
