DYT POWER MOVES

Everyone has a unique leadership strength that, when activated, can transform a team. The Power Move Deck is a tool that helps team members understand their greatest leadership strengths. It starts with self-awareness and understanding personal strengths and opportunities for growth.

As each team member shares their insights, they can more readily activate their Power Move, making the team stronger and more cohesive.
