We’re a grassroots equipment manufacturer, based in Palmerston North, New Zealand. THE ROAD SWEEPER FOR THE SERIOUS CONTRACTOR.
The NEILO L5740 is the big brother to the B3150, offering nearly double the horse power (59HP) to help you speed through your tasks. Sweep the streets with ease with the same 1.75 metre front mounted broom as the B3150, or if size is important, upgrade to the 2.1 metre broom. The unique spring-activated contour follows the lateral pivot, substantially reducing brush wear & coning.

The L5740 comes kitted with convenient features like cruise control and a load sensing auto throttle. Designed to be used for long hours on the longest of roads, this sweeper will keep your operators comfortable and safe.

A WORLD FIRST ALL-IN-ONE STABILISING UNIT
When you cross a Neilo Grader with a state-of-the-art Road Mill and Cement Vane, you get yourself a road stabilising beast. The Neilo M5111 Grader, an already highly capable machine, is now the new must-have for any contractor in the road stabilising game. Ideal for patching smaller areas.
It truly shines when used with small stabilising teams, where it can be quickly driven between sites (with all attachments), and be put straight to use. Waste less time and reduce costs with a significantly reduced need for transportation.
Use the front-mounted cement vane to lay cement, before utilising the 1,000mm wide rear-mounted FAE stabiliser to mill this into your material. The Fae unit is capable of milling asphalt and aggregate up to 280mm deep, and can be hydraulically side-shifted (optional) to the left or kept in the centre.
Pack all of this onto the robust and low-maintenance Kubota M5111 and you’ve got a true contractors dream.

#1 DUAL LASER RECEIVER 2D MACHINE CONTROL
Dual receiver Leica system utilises two mast-mounted laser receivers integrated into the smart touchscreen system. Laser receivers rely on a tripod mounted laser station to maintain accurate levels.
#2 SINGLE LASER RECEIVER & TRI-SONIC 2D MACHINE CONTROL
Single receiver Leica system combined with a sonic-tracer, enables /reference point following on tracer side of blade, and height control on mast side of blade.

#3 DUAL LASER RECEIVER 3D MACHINE CONTROL
Dual Mast 3D Leica Machine control system enables 3D machine control with a total station for positioning reference. Dual Prism’s are mounted on mast’s to obtain and communicate accurate positioning data, enabling accurate grading.

As a tandem trailer, the extra set of wheels helps support heavier loads. Available with our chain and ratchet tie-down system to help quickly secure your tractor.
NEILO L5740 BROOM TRAILER
Designed to haul the Kubota L5740 Tractor Broom over long distances, this Tractor Broom Trailer is rated for an all up weight of 3500kg.
With a Knott Braking system, the Kubota L5740 Broom Trailer has steel galvanised spoked rims with spare wheel. Broom Cradle at the front and folding ramps at rear. Available with our chain and ratchet tie-down system to help quickly secure your tractor.

Designed to transport the B3150 only, the all-aluminium Sureweld trailer makes towing easy. Rated to 3,500kg, and with the B3150 Broom loaded weighs in at 2,300kg.
Creature comforts such as aluminium fold-down ramps, electric braking system and a purposebuilt broom mount make this unit simple to work with. Available with our chain and ratchet tiedown system to help quickly secure your tractor.
Not suited to be towed with vehicles over 8.7t GVM.
NEILO L5740 OX TRAILER
Built to handle the heavier L5740 Tractor broom, the OX trailers feature a all-steel construction. With a 3,500kg rating, and combined with the L5740, weighs 3,400kg.
Beavertail design, short ramps, and built-in tie-down points, means a trailer operators will love. Also suits the smaller B3150 Tractor Broom and Grader. Designed to be towed behind all vehicles. Available with our chain and ratchet tie-down system to help quickly secure your tractor.
