Each year we offer a fancy set of commercial open replacement heifers and just as in years past we have more than we can retain ourselves. This is easily the deepest and highest quality set of commercial open heifers calves we have ever offered for sale. We are proud to offer this big of a set of 100-+ commercial open heifers. They are a combination of red and black hided and they will sell March 8, 2023 following the bull sale. The females will be sorted by like kind, hide color and frame size prior to the sale and lot tagged accordingly/ They have had all the pre-breeding shots, been poured, de-wormed, PI Tested, bang vaccinated and pelvic measured. For the first time we are offering the core of our commercial herd. This set of females are backed by the same genetics as our registered herd and have been culled strictly for feet and leg issues, potential udder quality issues, and fertility problems. 70+ breds ranging from 4-6 years old. These cows will start calving April 15 and the bulls were out for 90 days. These females have been under the same management and vaccination program as the registered herd. This is a tremendous set of females that will have videos available prior to the sale.
