In the event a pregnancy is not achieved, the seller reserves the right to offer more embryos of the same mating until a pregnancy is achieved or offer a 50% refund of the initial purchase of the embryo package. If same mating embryos are not available to offer the buyer has the right to take the 50% refund at that point.
