2020 Impact Report November 2020
November 23, 2028 Dear Friends, In the ten years since I founded Him For Her, the world has made tremendous progress in addressing the challenges of our times, thanks in large part to leadership from the private sector.
● Women have closed the gender gap at each rung on the corporate ladder, and women of color ascend at rates comparable to those of all other demographic groups — factors contributing to rising GDP.
Knowing that companies with diverse boards deliver better outcomes for all, you supported our work to accelerate gender diversity in the boardroom. Now, with the majority of boards at gender parity and broad racial and ethic representation, the benefits of diversity are showing up in myriad ways.
● The number of female Fortune 500 CEOs has soared, with many citing board experience as a springboard to the executive seat.
We have been honored to contribute to this progress through the work that your support has enabled. I hope you are as proud as we are of the impact we’ve made for all whose lives are touched by corporate decision-making — that is to say, all of us. In gratitude, Jocelyn
